They gave him three years and he couldn't quite get it done. They gave him complete control of the personnel, and he still couldn't get it done. Rumor has it the owner talked to Kelly about giving up the personnel control and just being head coach, and Kelly said it was all or nothing.
Chip would be a good coach for the San Francisco 49ers . Just don't give him full control of personnel. It could be fun watching him going against " Offensive genius Bruce Arians " twice a year.

i saw both players make contact above the facemask...they both ducked; and i did not see an "apparent attempt that goes beyond...".
The rule is poorly written and horribly and implemented. If there is doubt, the official on the field is supposed to throw the flag. On the flip side, if there is doubt, the official in the booth is supposed to overturn the call. Which is the opposite of the normal review rule, where they stick with the call unless there is evidence to the contrary. Which then brings in the personal dynamic among officials, who don't want to show each other up. They are probably staying in the same hotel, ride sharing, working other games together, etc.
Officiating is inconsistent, consistently. And the QI by the league doesn't seem to be effective.

I think he's doing the smart thing, and Lawson gets it. Instead of being thrust into something so big AND so new, he's planning on easing him into it. Being a student-athlete is difficult, throw in learning a brand new offense and becoming the face of the program might be rough. Lawson seems okay with slowing things down a little bit (according to Fuente) but anything can happen and the next man always has to be prepared.
I used to pitch when I was younger. I hit a few batters on wild pitches, but only once did I hit a kid in the head.
I threw a fastball over the middle of the plate. The batter squeamishly turned and buckled right over the plate. A "middle-of-the-belt" pitch met him right in the head as he fell backwards into the strike zone.
That happened to me too, but it was a curveball that the kid ducked into.

Yeah, some grad/professional programs don't require a specific degree, some do. If you get a history degree, you probably won't have a strong basis for vet school. It could be done with the right electives, but at that point, what is the purpose of your major? Glad she made the right call. Going to VT for biology, biochemistry, or APSC is the right track for vet school. Strongly recommend biochem; it makes first-year coursework more manageable in vet school (my wife will attest).
I think Evans is a lot more game ready and experienced for Fuente's offense than Motley. But like others have said, experience matters even less when the talent level is so disparate.
Different official look at different things. There are apparently a lot of numbers associated with officiating and penalties.
Norman should have been penalized a couple times, too. He certainly was not innocent. But Odell should have been ejected.
