So you think Luke is actually the chosen one? I think he is. Originally they thought Anikin was and it could be argued that he kind of brought balance to the force by reviving the dark side, so that one side was not more powerful than the other.

Sorry, but your argument is a losing battle. Twitter has its own culture and lexicon, part of which is playing fast and loose with grammar and spelling to get everything into the 140 character limit. Errant spellings are highly forgivable so long as there is steady content. In general, you want your Facebook presence to be well structured and highly polished, and your Twitter presence to be constantly generating content.
Andy Bitter wrote that it wasn't because of curfew, but rather for violation of team rules.
I guess his potential replacement will get a head-start for next year.

Under the new "rules" of the draft board and considering how few TE's are even coming out this year that's not good Bob, sounds like he won't get drafted if he leaves.
Edit: According the official VT twitter (I'm on mobile, can't embed) it looks like Kevin Asante and Deon Clarke were sent home after last night (for reasons other than curfew) and Demetri Knowles never made the trip because he missed practices in Blacksburg.

Bud is no longer going to be a position coach. I think that could be a significant plus.
If that turns out to be the case, I'm not so sure I'm a fan of that decision. He has done an amazing job over the years of having his interior linebackers prepared. Not a lot of coaches could have turned the players he had into the productive machines he did.
I'm sorry that I'd rather see the only platform that many people see associated with our University use correct grammar.

You can make the argument either way as to who the main character is. 1-6 it's easy to say Vader. But what happens if 7-9 showcases Luke being the one to finally bring balance to the Force (which we keep hearing about through prophecy, but never actually seen)?
The argument to me is that father and son both are the main characters. Because you can't have a "main character" that is not in 1/3 of a series. And both are clearly the primary drivers of the series. Rise, Fall, and Rise
TBH this movie reminded me of one of our family reunions when an uncle brought moonshine (I.e. The Force) Cousins fighting cousins, children attacking parents, pets attacking children. Complete and utter mayhem! Then we all go to the beach.

This is a very good point. Despite watching 4-6 and then 1-3, I would contend that Anakin/Vader is the main character. I'm not sure how many people are familiar with the Ring Theory, but this theory holds much more water than Darth Jar Jar does in my opinion and does seem to point to Anakin being the main character. Additionally, he is in all 6 episodes. You could also look at the two trilogies as reflections of one another (part of the Ring Theory) where Anakin's descent is mirrored by Luke's rise.
I met him at Outback with TT after the VA game in 2008. He was very gracious to my inebriated wife and took pics with her. I was just impressed with how friendly he was when he clearly just wanted to eat dinner with TT and his wife. I wish him the best and hope he get the shot he wants!

Is that official? I've been out of the loop getting ready for Christmas this week. I know there's still a spot open on the defensive staff, but has it been made official that Bud won't coach any position directly?
I like the prequels. Are they great? No. Are they good? Yes.
I agree. The prequels didn't change the cinematic landscape by any means, but I think they were entertaining. If they were on TV one day when I was getting stuff done around the home, I'd put them on.
Not sure if anyone else listens to/reads Clay Travis/Outkick the Coverage, but he had some interesting comments about the prequels. Most of us who watched the saga in the order it was released (episodes 4-6, then 1-3) view Luke as the main character, and view the prequels as an explanation of how Luke/The Rebellion/The Empire came to be.
Clay says his children, who have seen the movies in 'chronological' order (1-6), consider the Anakin/Vador to be the main character of Star Wars movies (not Luke) and really view the saga to be the life story of Anikan/Vador. It's an interesting perspective that most of us don't have - may affect many of our opinions about the prequels.
If he gets the FCS HC job and then does well, he could easily be a Group of 5 coach in a few years.
Mike Barber's story on Clarke and Asante being sent home:
I don't want to talk ill of any players off the field issues, but the net positive is that Tremaine Edmunds will get a head start on gaining experience to be a more dependable starter next year. Clarke had talent, but it speaks pretty poorly that a senior can't manage himself. Not to mention those alignment errors that plagued him versus Duke and UNC.
Knowles time started positively with his big catch versus Georgia Tech. It was all down hill from there. Asante was way more trouble than he proved to be worth on the field. I think it speaks volumes of the character off all three guys to make it to the last game of their careers and then screw the pooch enough to be removed from the team.
