Everyone knew he was an explosive runner, but you can't throw a guy out there the majority of the time that can only do 50% of what you need.
I was looking at possible destinations for Kyle Allen, but I came across an article that mentioned a list of Transfering QBs and it has something about a QB transfer Jerod Evans from Trinity Valley C.C taking an official visit to Tech?
Has anyone else heard this?
It seems to me that Lawson, too, is becoming the "victim" of wild expectations. I haven't heard or seen anything, that supports the idea that he will lead us to the promised land.
The fact that he didn't see the field after Brewer went down is an indication that he may well not be all that is expected. Bringing in quality competition, may light a fire, or may bring on the pouts.
To me, picking up a 5 star QB is a no brainer under any situation, though.

I don't know but it was hard to get out of first gear this year when Motley had to come in.
I disagree. I thought the Motley offense was fairly productive with the Pitt game being the only real exception. Correct me if I'm wrong, but Motley started against Furman (42 points scored), Purdue(51), ECU(28), Pitt(13), and NC State(28). He started Miami but did not finish. I really don't think scoring 4 TD's per game equates to "hard to get out of first gear" but that's just me.
Does this success come from running a spread offense with the good QBs/WRs/coaching staff as a given? Does it also require an O-line that is several steps above what we've been used to lately? Or can it happen with what we will have both already here and what we have in the pipeline? Assuming CJF will succeed here too, what's the best guess on how long it will take? I'd be happy with some measurable improvement in year 1 & maybe in year 2 & then lights out in 3. To have Whit, Buzz & now CJF/Bud on staff now has gotten the juices bubbling again for me. It feels more than wishful thinking these days.

But that was because Beamer made a promise to Vick's High School Coach that he would redshirt him in 1998. But looking back and knowing he would have left early, we could've used him (espcially on that game that we did not play in 1998 but people still think we played).

I don't think loan payback rate statistics are impacted by graduate level studies as the payments are deferred until 6 months after graduation.
My wife's Dr. Payments didn't start until after she'd graduated post grad school.

Nah, You're spending X dollars simply to get there and stay at least 1 night, so get the tickets you want regardless. Support the team from the best view you can afford.
After what he did with Dalton and now Lynch I am happy to put down my armchair clipboard and watch Fuente develop whatever damn QB he deems is good for him.

I think 1800 is possible if he's the only back. He'll probably hit 1000 this year having started in 6 of the 12 games. If he's in a two back rotation he's likely looking at 1000 again.
