I don't think so but since they didn't make a bowl game they can not be holding practices, since the coaching search was for outside head coaches I can't see any of the current main staff staying in so why would they be recruiting? Plus with the dead period coming up I think it really hurts LOLUVA in recruiting.
These are the same people confused by words like campus, freshman, sophomore, and Cup.
Don't forget "bowl".
bronco is a good coach. need to see his staff, but this is a lot better than most of the rumored guys on their list.

I trust uva's athletic director to hire the perfect coach for recruiting well and failing miserably.
It doesn't look like Burden is staying now. 247 reported that Wiggins visited Sam Denmark and Hokiesports now lists Wiggins as the WR coach. I trust Coach Fuente's decisions, but from what it looks like Coach Wiggins had a solid record coaching RBs, seems like we could keep Burden to coach WRs if Wiggins would coach RBs.
Also, Shibest is listed as the TE coach too. Maybe Stinespring is the recruiting coordinator?

# | OT: Spurrier's "Open Letter" to USCe Fans (and a possible jab at CFB) If anything, he gave another coach an opportunity to lead a team and give a resume boost. Something I wouldn't have minded Beamer doing, so we could see if Bud or Shane could lead a team.
I absolutely think this was part of his plan.
Not sure what kind of fishing you do, but pier has never been too edible to me.
I had the same thought. Wonder what the contract details are...

I don't see a problem with it. He's not punching people, he's not leading a team of criminals, he's just telling funny jokes about Dabo, and tells it as he sees it.
Gonna be a very different world at UVA vs BYU. Good coach, good hire, it'll be interesting to see how he deal with a less established recruiting situation.

The story I've heard multiple times is that Meyer wouldn't let Addazio's kids be around with his kids when they were at UF together, because he didn't think Addazio's family was good enough for his. Stories about sending assistant coaches to the back row in planes, while the best performing athletes sat in first class. Things of that nature. Meyer is very polished, very much the politician.

Considering the big names other than Rich Rod are gone, I suppose this is a good hire. Still doesn't worry me though like Richt to Miami does.

This is a fantastic hire for LOLUVA. Bronco far exceeds my expectations for LOLUVA. I thought they'd hire John Q Doe, OC from Directional U. This is not good news for us.
