I brewed 10 gallons of a NorthWest APA with an experimental hop I was introduced to in Portland, OR last April, now called Jaryllo.
~6 ABV, 40 IBU full bodied ale. Second shot at it, it was very good the first batch.
Not sure if it's done, I'll be checking tomorrow morning to see if it'll be ready.
I added some malts designed to tip it towards the orange side. I'll see if it did enough or of it's too yellow.
Same offense that dropped how many on anOSU last year. Just older, bigger and more time together!

# | JT Barrett has Lane Stadium as phone backround. Knows Brewers mama's name. I'm not touching (bashing) the Missagain-anOSU rivalry. It's up there with Auburn-Alabama as far as I'm concerned. Typically something decent, if not huge, on the line. And definitely a swing vote in some recruiting decisions. Much more so than a team to our east that hasn't brought anything to the table in 11 years.
This is not a banquet, it's a tailgate.
Speaking of Heady Topper.....I have ONE left of my 4-pack that imported across state borders. I'll be bringing it down for the tailgate since it is meant to be consumed straight from the can.

To your sigh on (5), I totally agree. I've seen mentions of gauging "talent" a ton from Ohio State fans (or Yankees fans, or Bama fans, or fans of any traditional powerhouse team) and it's just really strange to me. As if the contest is who can have the best team on paper, and the game is just there to prove your superiority. Games aren't about talent, it's a competition. If you don't win then the "talent" you possess is meaningless.

I know this is going to come off as completely beer snobbish, but I'm not 100% sure Coors Light can even be classified as a beer. I'll certainly drink one if offered, and will take one every single day over an IPA, but just sayin'. Please don't hate me for pointing out the obvious... /s
I like almost any style of beer, with one notable exception being fruity beers. Can't stand them. German beer is good. Belgian beers are pretty legit too.
