Gentle enough for a Wahoo.
#6 though. I really like you
And squirrel?
How is the first not a formal accusation when he was dismissed from a school over it? It's an accusation, not a conviction, and has no bearing on the later case, but we don't need pretend it's not there.
You have the right to privacy until you get publicly accused of a crime, after which you can mount a vigorous defense. Even then, you should be presumed innocent until proven guilty. But it needs to be done in public.
It's how our system of justice works.
Except the punter you say?

I'll take that.

I understand this, and I wish it was easier for rape victims to see justice done. Yes, false rape accusations are rare. But what I proposed helps mitigate some of the damage that false allegations do, while not inhibiting a full and vigorous prosecution in the proper forum. All I'm advocating is that the courts conclude criminal proceedings before allowing the media access to information in sexual assault cases. It allows for due process, allows for a complete narrative to be available, and lessens the trend towards yellow journalism that these stories so often take.

Two is not a streak, especially when the first was never a formal accusation, but a rumor. Transparency doesn't mean anything if you have to abuse individuals' rights to get it, which the media does evry time they're allowed to try a case in the press before a court gets to it. An arrest is not news. A conviction is news. Once there's a conviction, go bananas.
No, it's just more blatant when there's a bunch of them together.
Do not wear Orange helmets with those jerseys!!!!
(Is the Orange collar new?)
Due process, yes.
Keeping a streak of accusations out of the press, I can't agree with that. Transparency is key, and that means a free and open press. If football players get arrested, it's news.
Quite the opposite it seems.

The fact that you do this, along with several others, on your own time and dime is nothing short of miraculous. Thank you for your diligence and creativity - amazing. And I'm fired up.
twinkies...twinkies.
swiss cake rolls, devil squares, confetti cake, vanilla cake with chocolate or white frosting, red velvet cake, banana, pepperidge farm coconut cake
chocolate cake. go ahead, take your girlfriend/wife's chocolate cake away from them. chocolate pie is no chocolate cake, good sirs!
you can have key lime pie, but cheesecake is cake.
Also believe in due process and the judicial system , however 8 months jail time for a conviction of rape seems to be very lenient. The jury did recommend a sentence of 6 yrs.. It would be very interesting to know the special circumstances that this judge considered with this sentence.
Cheesecake is in a pie. How do I know? Because it is the only thing with the word "cheese" in it that I will eat, and I don't eat cake, therefore it is pie.
The man is ok in my book.

if ever we should be able to downvote for disagreeing, this is it
He wasn't convicted until afterwards.
Which crystal ball are you using, I'm sure they'd like to review it for possible use.
I say cake because I will eat almost every kind of cake (carrot being one of few exceptions), but there are more pies I won't eat.
But if I'm being honest, I'm just #TeamDessert at the end of the day.
Who cares about past "allegations" unless they've resulted in legal or police investigations.
I can "allegate" that someone is the "Ice Cream murderer", who cares? Allegations matter not unless you want to convict someone without a court. Very dangerous.
It's findings and convictions that matter, not allegations.
Piece of cake is referring to how easy it is to make.
"Easy as pie" is clearly talking about how easy it is to eat.
LOL, Leonard! Goin' all platinum, yo.
Can't help it...had another flashback:
