# | Bitter blog - Countdown to the ACC Kickoff, No. 15: Two reliable RBs, plus some Sunday links they still do both. if it doesn't say front squat specifically it's a back squat, which is what they call it on hokiesports for travon. There is an older HS article on travon that says he benches 300 and squats 500 though, so maybe it is front squats. He listed a 515 BS on his hudl.

Posting in my first thread, and I'm getting abused already. Y'all make me feel welcomed.

Yeah, I mean beyond this specific occurrence, I think a NSFW tag coding would be a nice addition to the site.
You're starting to sound like a FSU QB.
That's what I was thinking. The link I posted above has the position records for Front Squats and those #s are in the 400s and 500s. I think Gentry decided to switch to front squats because of the lower risk of injury. The back squat records stop at 2006, while the front squat records are more recent.
Agree with stars separate and you probably have to designate MNT vs. WNT just for clarity BUT why are there separate Twitter accounts for each? They should have the same account. US Soccer account retweeted the WNT account for the events during World Cup games but tweeted out all the events of last nights Gold Cup match themselves.
Not only that, but a 700lb squat would put him tied for the 4th highest on the Hokie All-Time Elite Club.
Summer is for relaxing, and if you like relaxing and sports there's baseball. I watch the Nats just about every night when I get home, even when I don't want to my family makes me. Because there's so many games its always there for you. There's always news, always something meaningful to pay attention to instead of weeks of rumors. Off days are terrible because you notice the absence of a game more than its presence. Sit down and watch with a beer and/or some food or cook with it in the background. Grilling with the game on the radio is really soothing. Pick a team, invest yourself in them, go to some games, and relax.
I think that's a front squat number, they usually run lower than back squats (parallel and box) because you're using different muscles in the lift.
Or by killing them they are continuing their purpose (Ned, Robb, Joffrey, Shireen supposedly). That argument actually supports Jon Snow staying dead because of what the repercussions would be. But yeah, "plot armor", plus all the hints dropped in the book and the show, although the show, like I've said before, should've included Ghost howling in the distance.
It will be because we score more points.
yeah, i'm sure that is the number one most enforced/stressed rule in the FSU locker room. /s
Should, but won't (if I had to guess).
They will have pretty different accounts of the interaction and it should be clear that she (intended to) act in self-defense (though quite drunkenly) and he will get off with some probation and community service because she probably said something racist to him (I mean, she did seem quite belligerent at that point).
...sigh... If only some people weren't so terrible.
holy cow! finally, a comment which is not opinion. I think I'll upvote this (note, I am not downvoting opinion; though I disagree with some, I just don't like downvoting unless being personally attacked). It seems he will get away with almost nothing. If our society is at least somewhat just, he will never play football again and will end up grooming a career at McDonalds.
Exactly - Killing Snow would be like killing off Danny. She's had so much time invested into her and hasn't really done anything important (as far as Westeros is concerned) yet.
yup it's everywhere.
I saw two assaults here. Both should serve jail time. Neither is excusable.
He wasn't defending himself, he was reacting.
Either the coaches or Knowles himself have mentioned that his legs weren't 100% all year and that it had contributed to his drop in production compared to his R-SO year. It just hit me that he was still back there returning kicks even though he wasn't at full speed. I don't know why the coaches would keep him back there with that being the case. I don't think the experience factor would be a big enough factor for a position where catching the ball securely and straight line speed are the most important skills to have.
I will tease my pre-camp stories. First will deal with offensive pass protection. It won't focus on actual blocking ability or technique. Instead, it will focus on the proper identification of potential blitz threats and adjusting properly. The second will deal with mike linebacker play. Those two things, coupled with the always critical need for precise tackling of alley players, will be the key drivers for success this season.

515 lbs of BS is quite a lot of BS
