Am I the only one that gets excited when I see a discussion posted by BillDozerVT??
I loved the David Wilson return for a touchdown as well!
Bold Prediction: we score more than 40 points!
Screw LOLUVA that is all! Go hokies!
Yes. Yes. A thousand times yes. Such an awesome game for my first Thursday night game as a freshman...
I really want to for the boys to win this one. The Hoos played spoiler to us three years ago, time to play spoiler for them. Go Hokies!
VT vs. Clemson - 99
You mean this?
Why do I not remember either of these...?
Teachers fail Sam Rogers' tests.
The COMM department is getting new multimedia journalism facilities in the new Center for the Arts building. From what I hear, it is really nice and a huge improvement over what they had.
Here is the link to their small blog: https://multimediavtcomm.wordpress.com/
Adam Smith is in one of the pictures, so he must be interested in broadcast journalism as well and would be good for Barnett to possibly talk to.
We were Holmes leader at this point last year, leader until he cut us altogether in April.
I'm refusing to consider these recruits until we at least get to April. If I had more restraint, I'd wait till after NSD.
True, but I give it credit as a night game since the best moments happened at dusk or after dark. And you're quite right, 3:30 feels like night after a year of noon kickoffs...
Darren Evans' huge truck of the Maryland guy has to be included
The "losing their minds" quote was from a 3:30 game, which I know, feels like a night game after last season....
Coming off the field after the pregame show of the Miami game in 2003...I literally couldn't hear myself think. I've never heard Lane Stadium -- or anywhere -- so loud.
"He said, 'Give it to me, Roscoe! Give it to me!'"
"These people are losing their minds!"
Yep, there's just something about beating Miami at night in Lane...
I saw we also offered AJ Turner from Centreville. Couldn't find a star rating on rivals, but he had a great state championship game against Oscar Smith.
You're exactly right. Since he is playing the sport he will make the contacts. Getting a degree in broadcasting is more crucial for people that aren't playing or at least at the high D-1 level.
Bill Roth = Syracuse! He could come to Tech & become Bill's protege in the off season/graduate school.
How 'bout Brian M., you got any thoughts?
My senior year (2010), we had two massive snowstorms. Luckily for us students, they both arrived over the weekend. The folks in charge of plowing sidewalks and streets were kind enough to not plow any of the sidewalks in Oak Lane.
Now that's an interesting perspective. See I'm inclined to think if he does move on as a HC it won't be to a better program OR he may move on to a better program as an assistant.
The Wire... now THAT is a show.
I thought he was interested in music production?

There's a possible system for the middle part of next week, but I plan on enjoying the nice weather while it lasts.
