Ok, so you can't name anyone else that can even come close to how bad Marcus was. So how about explaining what "the good" of Marcus is?
Everyone is giving you specific comments, some like mine backed by real facts, as to why he was such a loser. So far your comments are only: No he wasn't.
My take on this:

I consider Marcus a Hokie as well. For as much as I dislike him he suited up and played for the program. Thus he was part of the community. Do you need to play football to be part of the community? of course not.
But the shooter never wanted to be at VT, closeted himself off from the rest of the amazing Hokies and found a way to do something so unforgivable against his peers, classmates and teachers that in my eyes, and every Hokie I have spoke to, would never be considered a Hokie.
You keep making broad inferences to specific statements which is why your arguments never amount to anything substantive.
You and your father can like Marcus. You can think he was a great Hokie. However, the facts I presented clearly demonstrate that he was not.
I would like to reiterate: this is getting a little silly. We need slow mo to determine the difference between a superman and a throat slash? Who cares? There should be a line, but I don't think this or OU crossed it.

Am I the only one who wants to see OSU lose just to knock them down another notch? I get so tired of listening to all these "analysts" go crazy about the same schools over and over. I was so glad when MSU beat them.

Like I said, he tried cleverly to disguise the move as a superman move. It didn't fool the refs and if you look at the close up slo-mo you can see it was a subtle double throat slash.

I thought Beasly was doing the Superman shirt-rip. I don't like the throat-slash (I consider that taunting), but Superman is a celebration of strength.
Look, I was rooting for OU and I'm rooting against OSU but if you look at both gestures from a completely unbiased point of view they both were subtle 'double throat slash' gestures. Subtle!! I don't agree with the way the players are being censored but I'm certain they've been briefed on what types of post play celebrations will draw a flag. I think both players were playing with fire by trying to be subtle (vic do a lesser degree) but they knew what they were doing.

but all of this is irrelevant. I think the players should be allowed to have fun but they know what they can and can't do as far as what will be penalized. It's a dumb penalty by vic beasly who doesn't exactly have a clean track record anyway. (IIRC he punched somebody and was ejected from a game earlier this season)
Usually that's a recipe for more fumbles- especially if you get hit during or immediately after the QB-RB exchange...
Downfield you expect to be tackled. You don't usually expect it when the ball is just getting to you.
