Iv been trying to tell people this since last season DW home run threat let Logan thrive through 2011. I have been one of Logan's biggest supporters throughout his career. He gives us the best chance to win hes a beast when the entire offense does their job and the WRs catch the easy balls they constantly drop (im looking at you Knowles) or the O-line breaks down and Logan has to run for his life. Some here on TKP say hes the worst QB in VT history but the record books say otherwise as he owns almost every QB record for Virginia Tech. Look I dont get to go to games very often as a matter of fact I have only been to 5 games total, I went to the 2011 Miami game Oct 8 2011 my 25th Birthday I spent 60$ on his jersey before the game just outside Lane stadium on pure blind faith because up to that point he hadn't done much and some were and still do blame the 1st Clemson loss on him. I watched him go 23-25 with over 300 yards and 3 TDs and the game winning run from 20 yards out when the Canes bit on the play fake to who...... DAVID WILSON! Then watched him continue on that awesome 2011 run where he led us to the Sugar Bowl berth. So yea those factors make me a little biased toward Logan but I dont care I will support Logan Thomas for the rest of the season. And I'm proud to say I Am A Logan Lover!
winning 10 games in the ACC doesn't fool anyone into thinking ur the top team in the country. Not saying I'm a fan of the SEC but if you asked a kid if he'd rather play in the SEC or win the ACC I think u'll find out why those teams turn out better recruiting. UVA does not recruit better than us btw...fyi.
Yeah, pretty much everywhere is saying Oregon is going to get the nod over FSU if they beat Stanford. FSU would have been helped by Florida, but they just have nothing left in the tank, so that should be a lot easier since UF is fielding 2nd and 3rd stringers in some positions.
In 2012, VT won 7 games. 2013, 6 games so far. In 13 games Logan has provided enough offense for VT win games.
It would be time-consuming to calculate, but I would imagine Logan accounts for over 80% of VT's offense in those wins. Hell, against GT this year, he accounted for over 100% of the offense.

Guys moniker is BlameGlennon. Hard to believe he calls himself a fan. There are a class of fans within the VT fanbase that are worse than the thoroughbreds. Thoroughbreds believe Frank will never take Virginia talent and put an offense together that is good enough to combine with Bud's defense to get to MNC caliber teams.
Guys like BlameGlennon, BlameLT3, VTInferno, vtbaker, etc. are like the thoroughbreds because they think the coaches can't get to MNC caliber. But they go further, believing the coaches generally suck and can't be trusted to design and run the program (should bench LT, don't run this play don't run that play). Implicitly they are stating that Frank made a mistake hiring the three new coaches. Then they go way beyond thoroughbred hatred when they think the players suck. Filled with hate for VT. Starting thread after thread about Logan this Logan that. Worst VT QB of all time, etc., etc. Making up monikers hating on previous players. I don't actually believe they are VT fans, but giving them the benefit of the doubt, they should just move on. Cheer for London's team. He's got two top 10 players coming in. Plenty of hot air to blow up their skirts and pom poms.

Exactly everyone here is acting like we are 6-6 again. We need to calm down and look at the big picture here we are still alive in the Coastal if we can bitch slap the Canes there's no telling what could happen just have hope and faith in the team folks. They need our support now more than ever.

Duke winning the coastal would be the most #goACC thing ever. Which means, it's the most likely scenario.
Logan is not the only kid out there with talent. Sorry, but using this excuse is a pretty F'd up thing to say about the other players. Be a fan, support the whole team.
Yea, maybe to a degree. I didn't time it, but I don't remember the time being that long. Logan was in his 2nd or 3rd progression, but McLaughlin was straight beat on a speed rush. I would still put at least 90% of the blame on McLaughlin.

My 2 cases in point: Eli Manning has 2 superbowl MVPs. Brett Favre has 3 season MVPs. Both have had games like Logan's past 2.
VT is still in contention for the ACC championship. Until they're mathematically eliminated, you do not give up on your best chance to win. 2014 will be more a rebuilding year than 2013 anyways. So, playing Leal to prepare for 2014 isn't a very strong point.

Logan felt pressure and probably should have realized he was out of time and had to just eat that, but the line didn't help him on that play. He could have prevented it but it's not entirely his fault.
