French - Sorry, but will have to disagree with you on this. The current Line-Up of McClaughlin, Ferris, Wang, Miller, and Benedict is 5-0. Compare that to 1-1 with your line-up. The current Line-Up has not been beat yet.
How fickle we can become! Last year we were 4-4 at this time. The current Line-Up and coach's have improved that to 6-1. I believe we need to appreciate that and respect that. More of the same Please!
I recently had to sit through a training class for work the was basically an 8-hour review of engineering economics at VT. I was about to go off on a tangent about Return on Investment and how a dollar is worth more now than tomorrow.....but I decided to go to sleep instead.
Anyway, that's why all that stuff came to me. I'm usually not good with words myself.
It is this idea that leads me to neglect to mention the fajita veggies if the cashier does not explicitly ask about them.

Yeah, that is always my mistake at soccer matches. Always show up in shorts and a t shirt thinking, "hey, it's a nice day out." Only to make it to the second half and be like, "who turned the AC on -20"

I spent this past Saturday at the UVA vs. Duke game and to tell you the truth the only thing that impressed me about Duke was their coaching. I'm not looking past Saturday's game, but I don't think this will be one of the Duke games from the past few years. They took an absolute beating by a lack-luster UVA offense in the first half. Obviously some key adjustments were made during the second half by the Duke coaches, but that doesn't negate the fact that UVA laid down in the second half and took a beating. They gave the game away in every facet due in large part to coaching failures and playing half-assed defense. It was one of the worst breakdowns I've seen in a long time.
Still, I think our defense will eat this team alive and I wouldn't be surprised to see us run all ove them.
My nightmare scenario: They go after Bud Foster. Instant credibility with their Alum, Bud gets a major coaching gig and a lot of talent he can work with.
Don't beat me up too bad, this is MY nightmare and something I hope is out of the realm of possibility.
