That's actually a great point!! Didn't think about that. Although it would still sort of screw up the perception of the ACC since Miami would no longer be viewed as elite if they lose tonight.
Yeah I think that's where I sit. I understand wanting to play highly ranked teams, but practically a loss helps us.

I didn't know Jacory Harris changed his name and got another year of eligibility. It was a good pick, though.
Forget about ranking for a second. We should want UNC to win, because it gives Miami an ACC loss. Assuming FSU beats them, we just need to avoid an upset to take the coastal. Either way, if we beat Miami we're coastal champions, but if Miami drops two, we can lose to them and still get an ACCCG berth.

I've been down the last 2 weeks and a little burnt out at the moment (81 was hell on Saturday), but come November we'll see. Put me down as a maybe. But as some have said, I think to make this happen we need to start a list of who's coming and more importantly a spot. Prices Fork has sounded like the best place. I park at my brother's place, but if we get a few other cars to claim a few spots together I will steal his commuter badge and claim a spot Friday night.
I know it's early, but I still think Willie Byrn is the next Danny Coale. Willie is still young, so I wouldn't doubt if he gets into that 102% range at some point, probably sooner rather than later.
All I know is that VCU is preseason ranked 15th, and they play LOLUVA November 12th. As a Hoo Hater, I MUST be in the house for that one.
