Except that looks like a 15 yard personal foul, possibly an ejection.

yeah, and when he turned tennessee down to stay at duke i knew something was rotten in knoxville.

I want to see us beat them in every phase of the game. Most of all, I WANT US TO WIN!!!

1) nerds (halloween is the only time i desire or eat them)
2) reeces cup duh
3) skittles
4) mini butterfingers
honorable mention to the generic gobby peanut buttery candy in the plain orange or black wrappers that old ladies gave out. i'm just kidding my mom would be throwing those away around thanksgiving.

actual playoffs:
1) bama (sigh)
2) stanford
3) fsu
4) baylor

my fear though this year is that it'll be bama and ohio state. bama will win 15-11 or something weird and i'll have to listen to all the bandwagon bama fans who have never been within 200 miles of bryant-denny in their lives for another off season.

I think Georgia can knock them off in the SEC Championship Game if they make it there. (Other than Florida in the Cocktail Party, the back end of their schedule is a breeze.)

If he was looking for the job, I'd be more than happy to have Cutcliffe run our offense. But Loeffler, Grimes, and Moorehead are doing well.

FS1 was just talking about the top 4 and this one guy named tOSU as his favorite because of their easy schedule, they will go undefeated and basically they are tOSU and Urban Meyer is their coach, 'nuff said.

This is what is wrong with sports entertainment. I don't care what their name is, who their coach is...if they are the best, then they are the best...but too many people are ranking teams based on W-L and not on who they are beating...

Man I can't turkey leg this enough....I'm laughing so hard.

Didn't get to leave Bristol until 9:30 but just got to Lane! :) I'm so pumped, beat Pitt! End this streak.

I'm looking forward to the game today. I've said it before but I'm impressed with the offensive progress thus far. Hopefully the Defense keeps playing lights out! That said I'm tired of loosing to Pitt. I want revenge and I hope our players do as well. 31-10 VT. Go Hokies!!!

This is what the Hokie D line is going to do to Savage:

Hokies 27 - Pitt 13

Sh!t! I totally forgot about Louisville. I've been high on them since the Sugar Bowl last year, and definitely think they could beat anyone in a 1-game matchup. Having said that, the Sugar Bowl tends not to favor the replacement SEC team that doesn't make the MNC. Off the top of my head, I remember Florida (vs Louisville), Arkansas (vs OSU), and Alabama (vs Utah) all losing. The only game since 2009 that the SEC won was Florida over Cincy in 2010. It tends to be a let down game for the SEC, so I don't know how seriously I can take the Louisville win, although they really did pummel Florida for most of that game.

So I guess I should say the SEC, ACC, and PAC12 champs should be in this year with a space for OK if they're undefeated, but if Baylor wins out, then the undefeateds OSU, Baylor, and Louisville should have a triangular-field deathmatch to determine the fourth participant.

Of course, the ACC might ACC-it-up with FSU and Clemson losing to someone stupid during the season and winning the ACCCG, turning my picks on their heads.

2011 was a sunny autumn day when we hit the Richter scale (and 23-of-25 for LT3); 2009 was the rain game. Either way, those were both awesome moments that I'm glad I experienced.

31-7 Hokies, I think this will be like the 2011 Miami home game. Never been so proud to stand in the rain. Hokie Pride.

Just after I wrote this, I found out that CHS beat Orange 47-14, so if they were to play the college here....who knows?

I see that the TKP legal department has outfitted you with a nice disclaimer, btw.

I definitely hope that our recent history with Pitt fires our guys up today. I like the optimism and I hope you are right.

I am eternally terrified of Pitt, and last year only compounded that fear. The ghosts of Rod Rutherford haunt my dreams. Here's to hoping we vanquish those terrors today. Go Hokies!
