I'm excited to recognize some of the Hokies playbook on Sunday football.
The zone blocking, the counters, the underneath throws, the crossing routes, these are all bread-and-butter Pro offense plays. Pros like Brady are throwing for 300 yds a game without having to make amazing, low-percentage downfield throws. Its good to see the Hokies adopting this, and the upside for the offense is high, especially when comparing 5 games into this season with what we saw late last season.
Nice visual aids to support your opinion! I agree wholeheartedly on point #2, but my primarily objection is your point #1.

Can you please touch up the GT highlight of Ky Fuller so that he Blurs through the A gap, then Hadouken punches Vad Lee in the groin, causing the fumble, then taps his shoulder pads to pump himself up to superhuman proportions compared to the other players? Thanks.

I tend to go to SI for Mandel and Staples. Talented, real journalists with a deep passion for the game. They don't focus on us much, as they're tasked with handling pretty much the whole landscape, but they're involved like Peter King is in the NFL. Sometimes they (especially Mandel) get a little bigheaded, but I figure I would too if I knew as much as they did and had to deal with college football fans, who aren't exactly known for their levelheadedness.
I also go to Yahoo sports and, while there, avoid anything written by Pat Forde. They're pretty good and they're the best investigative journalists you'll find in the sport. They also function almost entirely on data (aside from their opinion articles, of course). It seems that their mantra is, "Let's provide people with facts". And they do. Their stat site is one of the best you'll find.
That "S" zone at PSU is a really cool idea. Only seniors are allowed in and according to my sister everybody wanted a ticket there.

It is more a match up issue. The Hokies boundary corner, field corner, and nickel all have very different responsibilities and each isn't just interchangeable with "the best guy." Kendall is a guy who can press, turn, and run, and Foster uses press coverage much more often from the slot than the field corner spot. Facyson is more comfortable sitting back in a zone and reading the QB, and field corner gives him more time and space to jump routes.
If you asked me who has performed better, it would be Facyson, but if he was playing on the slot, I don't think he would be as effective as Kendall.
I suspect you are correct, conditioning is going to play a big role. Exum may start, but he will need rest and come out for various plays or series. Or he may need a couple of week to be able to play at full speed. I agree with French that Beamer is very loyal to his established starters, but Exum is coming back from a HUGE injury and may need more time.
And the Maryland one was pretty spot on too.
