I'm pretty sure I agreed with you that personal attacks are wrong. I think most of the stuff people are commenting on is the lack of journalism in place of opinion in her articles. I think its great that you are standing up for something and trying to keep it classy but do you take the same offense to the silly and immature Weaver memes and nicknames? Or the Newsome ones? While I think there are some mean spirited attacks, I believe most of the community is doing so in good fun. We can obviously agree to disagree here.
Also it IS the internet and the great thing and the crappy thing is that people CAN post whatever they want. That doesn't make it right or wrong though. I think its great that you are standing up for something since that's what makes this community what it is.
I still blame Weaver because he has to agree to the game time.

Against W&M they had Cavman battle a giant animated Native American. Thanks to the NCAA we can't use two feathers in our logos but other schools can make bad caricatures and it's okay.

One of the local Krogers has a cardboard cutout of CGI Cavman as a display (I think near the soda isle). When you see it up close, it looks like the Hokie bird has landed a UFC-worthy kick to the side of Cavman's head.....there's this loopy expression that has that "What-was-the-license-number-of-that-truck?" look. Either that or he's recently fallen off the horse again. Definitely funny!
And the tiger is a cross between Tony and something from ComiCon...

The commenting on her blogs aren't what's offensive to me and that's not what I was talking about. Calling her names has nothing to do with her articles? I feel like if were going to discuss her articles let's discuss them without the Giraffes and other silly immature memes about her. And please please don't tell me that this doesn't mean anything and that people can call her and say what they want because its the internet... I'll just be that guy that stands alone for this and that's fine with me. But I stand by what I said and I mean it.

I don't believe Caleb is hopeless, by anymeans. That block would have worked in Highschool 9-10 times at least. I think he is just a freshman, I am sure Lil'Beamer can point it out and Caleb will be able to fix it in the future.

Yes, this is true. I just thought I took the meme to the lowest denominator, and well, I figure TKP is above that. And for the most part, it is.
My thought process went like this:

My mind is still blown as to how any recruit can see things like I saw in video 1 and think to themselves "MAN! I really want to be a part of this"
All I said to myself when I watched these two videos was literally "What the fuck am I watching?"
The watch ESPN app on the iPhone with a set of ear buds is great while watching youth soccer. Just make sure that your cheers/jeers coincide with what's going on in the game occasionally. Tough to explain a "yes" cheer when a field goal is blocked in overtime at halftime of a soccer game....Just sayin.
