I just mean in terms of whether he tore an ACL or what is causing him to be out for the season. There's no information on what the injury is.

I saw it - happened on kick off coverage vs WCU. Something bad happened to his left knee. Hopefully it doesnt negatively impact his development.

Ah thanks for pointing this out. I watched the film and can confirm that he came back into the game after a few snaps.

Devin VanDyke is out for the Season. No explanation on what happened, but he tweeted this

Freshman should not be able to do that

I don't know how Facyson was this under the radar when recruiting him. He's a special talent. I'm excited to see him grow under Torrian in the following years.

Marshall Running Back: Oh, look at that random lovely pile of leaves on the field. I think I will go jump in that!

James "Doaks" Gayle: SURPRISE MOTHAFUCKA!

Thanks for the info, I must have just turned off the radio before this broke. If anyone is wondering, Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) designs, builds, maintains ships, so a very important segment of Naval operations/hierarchy.

Also, Washington Navy Yard happens to be home to NCIS if you follow the TV show (which got car bombed in the 2012 season finale cliff hanger.).

That's definitely a good argument HOAT, He was what got this whole DBU thing going to a certain extent. I could be wrong, but Facyson has the size as Jimmy did I don't think he has the speed, but Jimmy was also very good in run support as well. He started out as a safety, but not bad. Does anyone know where he's at now these days?

I will apply for that: Resume below.

I like this, not merely a "how do the Hokies stack up" vs. these teams, but what does each team face throughout the season. Every conference game counts! Although, if we beat them all, none of that matters...

I'd imagine the fencing and squash teams would get more fans at Fordham, given it's location. I can't decide if it's a 'good' win for the rams or a 'bad' loss for TU. Let's call it a push. GO HOKIES!

they were expected to show up for an "in state rivalry" that's on its way out. When will they play florida at home again? They've had us 2 years in a row....and if we don't make it through the GT UNC PITT stretch unscathed I don't see any reason for thUgz fans to show up for that game.

Dunno about that. Miami hasn't had home field advantage since the 80's....unless you count that Florida game last weekend. That might wake the sleeping giant, even though a lot of those fans were UF fans, the U definitely had home field advantage.
