I'm going to be a sophomore this year. I learned a lot my freshman year.
-Keep your door open the first few weeks so anyone thats passing by can say hello.
-Keep track of your meal plan money. Eating at DX at 1 am three times a week will kill your meal plan. ABP will also kill your meal plan.
-Know the bus schedule, routes, etc. (Be nice to the drivers who have to drive around town at 1 am on the weekend.
-Get to know your professors and use the campus resources such as the Career Center
-You can never have enough fans in the room(I lived in Slusher)
-Being "tired" is never an excuse for not doing something.

Being in Greek life while I was at VT made it seem like the GIRL/ GUY Ratio was FLIPPED. I was a liberal arts major as well, so I was always surrounded by beautiful Hokies.

Going off of #8, don't try to meet your soulmate / future spouse the first weekend of college. It probably won't happen, and you don't want to be "that girl" doing the walk of shame / stride of pride before classes start. Wait until junior or senior year to start looking.

Also, hooking up with a fraternity member or a Cadet does not make you cool just because you did it.

I went to enough classes to pass without incident and it was P/F anyway. It was senior year, don't judge me.

Monday night showdown between Vick and RGIII. Imagine the ratings!

Good news, we need that #4 in there! I have hope for Mangus, though, as he will contribute somewhere down the line and make plays.

Says the guy who skipped 8 am racquetball on the reg

Got all ten. Just got the touching the Hokie stone in the tunnel like 3 weeks ago

Good news. Mangus would have struggled against Bama. A Coleman-Edmunds 1-2 punch could be key if we are going to #BEATBAMA.

Tailgating on the Grove is definitely Bucket-List worthy.
