It is a great image but it is what happens after this. When his body crunches, the ball moves (according to the new rule, it moves with the player maintaining possession and is a catch). According to the old rules that is incomplete. Like I said, earlier in the game Hosely came down with an interception and the exact same thing happened: maintained possession but the ball moved upon contact with the ground, reviewed, incomplete pass.
Well shoot, guess there's not much point in entering now...
Sounds like voting will be open to everyone. From hokiesports:
With each entry and vote, fans will receive a coupon for Virginia Tech sideline apparel by Nike. Entries will be accepted through Sept. 4 at 5 p.m., and at that point, the five finalists will be narrowed down to an overall winner. The winner will have the opportunity to run out of the tunnel with the Virginia Tech football team when the Hokies take the field to battle Marshall on Saturday, Sept. 21.
Don't see how you can lose Billdozer! Good luck! :)
Former Ho Griller agrees as well!
YES! THIS! 1000 TIMES THIS! Get a solid Patagonia or Mountain Hardware windproof not wind-resistant fleece. This will save your life, you can get by with a t-shirt under this if it's heavy enough.
Is voting open to fans? excellent work again sir
Someone needs to tweet a link to keyplay at that guy. I can't image he doesn't know about it, but I can't understand why he isn't participating here.
Best image I've seen of this.
Don't forget about your TKP peeps when you are pep talking the team. If this doesn't win then the contest is rigged.
+1 for #3 leaving your door open. It makes a huge difference
Decided to go for it. After tweeting with the guy running it, he said it didn't have to be an actual pep talk. just a 30 second hype video. I am basically entering a 30 second remix of the 2013 trailer.
If only she wasn't wearing Reebok...
I haven't seen him on the site but he is super active on Twitter. https://twitter.com/VTPhreak4evr
Give him a follow if you wanna stay updated!
Oh and I almost forgot, go to all of the football games. I mean, really, what else are you gonna do on Saturday afternoon in Blacksburg when the whole town is in Lane?
In the photo above, notice Teller's left leg? I think that was what French referred to as an awkward stance for him. Plus, a lucky capture of Grimes demonstrating what he wanted his linemen to do. Then the linemen repeats what Grimes showed. I love it.
I had a 3-1 north face and I learned that wasn't enough. BEST advice I can give for cold weather: Layers! The classrooms are extremely hot and so it is important to be able to take your jacket off and maybe even get down to short sleeves depending on the building you are in.
-Carhartt winter jacket (while not the most stylish, it is super durable and is the only brand my family in the upper north west wears.)
1. Even though D2 may have seemed like the best food ever at orientation, it's not. Try some other dining halls. 2. Just because you woke up early for high school doesn't mean you should take 8 am's. Waking up in college, and then walking across the drillfield at 7:45, is an entirely different animal. 3. Leave your door open in your hall for the first few days if you're not doing anything in your room. 4. Go out on the weekends- it's a great way to have fun with your hallmates and/or meet other freshman. 5. Don't miss the Cadet vs. Civilian snowball fight that happens right after the first snowfall of the year. 6. Be nice to your roommate, even if you don't think you have much in common. The last thing you need in your month of classes is having to worry about the roommate that already hates you. 7. I think this has been said, but it doesn't hurt to say it again. I've heard the first weekend in Blacksburg has the most arrests all year. Have fun, but don't be a dumbass. Save that for the second weekend.
As explained my Rat year: crossing the Drillfield in winter isn't about making it in time, it's about making it at all.
as a former Dietrick employee, I agree X100

in other words...

Aaaannnnnnddddddd Danny Coale is still open
An interesting observation I made during my 5 years is how many people operate on a different time-zone. In high school, you wake up early, go to school, come home and (probably) do HW. In college a lot of kids like the idea of taking afternoon classes and because of 12 years of school conditioning, they like to wake up right before class and do the HW afterwards. (i.e. wake up at 11, stay up til 3-4am). In which case, they are operating on a time zone somewhere in the pacific ocean.
This is perfectly OK, but I have heard so many people complain of exhaustion, never having enough time to get work done etc. If it works for you, then it works for you...but I highly recommend trying to start your classes around 10 am at the latest, as you can actually maximize your days. Also getting sunlight is a big help to your mind so take advantage of that...

Also if you get down early enough i do reccomend that first week of freshman activities however lame they may be go to them meet people go to parties....meet more people, also always have a wingman at parties and never leave the party alone groups don't get picked on.by cops
