Given the past few years of a noted decline in Beamerball, this statement scares the shit out of me.
I disagree. We played very well against Michigan and should have won the game. Other than a few mistakes (Tony Gregory's kickoff return fumble and the fake punt) as well as some horrible calls (PI on Jayron and I won't mention the other, but it was a catch), we dominated that game.
We were very good against Michigan. Hell, we won. Its not our fault the officials failed to recognize that fact.
Meyer is going to be a player for us though. He has that Cody Grimm and Danny Coale drive. He will outwork everyone and it will show on the field.
There's a turkey leg/Turkey (country) joke here somewhere...

I'm going to be in Myrtle Beach. Any recommendations on spots to watch the game? Must be kid friendly though.
Unfortunately I don't work with too many Hokies that are as obsessed as I am. They would look at me like I'm crazy if I told them about TKP. There is one Hokie here that I know trolls the sabre (UVA site). He's prob on this site too. Who knows. Dude is an ass. One of those old folk fans (no offense to anyone) that hates everything about what VT is doing but yet has season tickets every season. SMH
