I feel like people who make these lists just kind of forget about Beamer. He's so consistent that they forget how good he is.

I thought it only fitting to post the original Enter Sandman Video here:

They have the framework in place, the scoreboard is supposed to start going up this week while at the same time the floor is being redone. It is pretty crazy looking right now.

BLEACHER REPORT for football and maybe basketball

1. Go to google.com and go to Image search

2. Type in your player/term followed by: site:bleacherreport.com

3. If you see a pic you like, click on it, then click on "Full Size Image"

4. In the link, replace "display_image" with "original" (no quotes)

5. If the link has "crop_exact" with dimensions at the end, simply change the values after the h= and w= to 5000 and the q= to 100

Some Notes
Links that have names i.e. "joemontana_display_image", are usually NOT high-res but you can check them anyways. Links that have numbers i.e. "107241256_display_image", usually are high-res.

If you see a pic on AP or Getty that you like, you can see if B/R has it by replacing the player with its Getty/AP image number in the search

I usually do this to get nice quality 'shops

People might hate me for this too, but I don't love the Beatles either. I understand why they're so famous and their songs are good but I never really thought of them as great.

I'm big on classic rock, but Smells Like Teen Spirit came out while I was in middle school and promptly destroyed an entire generation. Might be boring to some, but more significant in this pantheon of music than just about anything since The Beatles recorded Tomorrow Never Knows

What a coincidence. I just created a new topic based on a SI article on this. JC may not ever be able to learn how to make a cut or he might be able to with a lot of practice and experience. It can't be predicted. It's something the brain does or doesn't do. Practice and experience can make you better but becoming elite may not happen. It can't be taught.

I felt the same way. Spent most of the second half with my head on the table out of shame. We were on the smoking side b/c one of my friends smoked but next time around I'll probably be in the middle room as well.

I have a Substation II shirt that says "how bout them hoagies" and my nickname in high school was Hoagie so I ain't mad!

Oh man...I was there for that game as well. I was so confident going into that game that we wouldn't let Clemson beat us twice in one year. We were at one of the hightops along the outside of the middle room.

"Slaps hand to forehead" Thanks brother, memory ain't what it use to be.

I get it that the South End Zone is not the best place to enjoy the game (I sounded too strong when I say they are great seats), I have sat there. What I meant to say was that compared to other college football stadiums, the upper end of the south and east are a lot better than most other school's nose-bleed seats.

Also every game I went to as a student, I yelled until I lost my voice. That being said, about every home game (except maybe one per season) it only took until the first quarter was over before my friends and I had about 5-10 extra people in our section who didn't belong, who took our seats, and were normally drunk. I still found ways to enjoy the game even though our uninvited friends were usually belligerent and obnoxious, however, I did pay money to reserve my seat, not keep it warm for someone else. All I am saying is, as students, if you aren't happy with your seat, don't make the game less enjoyable for someone else because your seat isn't good enough.

I think I probably represent the minority in this situation. /rant

A couple of questions:

1. Is JCC's inability to see the cut something that can be relearned? As you said, he's best in an I-formation with a lead blocker, and if I recall correctly, that's what he had at Oscar Smith. Will JCC's intuition improve with more experience in the Loeffler system?

2. You won't see any disagreement on this board (or any other VT forum I have seen) that Edmunds is the guy, but what if he goes down? Without Holmes, can JCC step in? Mangus? Depth seems to be an issue.

Thanks for putting into words what I have felt about JCC for a while now, his size isn't an issue, his inability to cut into the hole and/or push the pile is what concerns me about him. Plenty of guys have had huge careers at his size or near. It's not that he's too short or too slight, it's his instincts.

Phillips is considered a lean to VT right now. Proehl's commitment to UNC fits. He is an NC guy and Fedora's offense will expose Proehl more (based on current knowledge) than VT's will.

Perhaps Coleman and Edmunds can be the next Imoh and Holmes...? Great read as always.

...So the question now is does Proehl's decision crank up the focus on Cameron Phillips?

247's Tom Loy input his Crystal Ball projection for Phillips to Tech right around Proehl's decision to become a Heel.

Not feeling too good about it, but heres hoping Grimey can pull a rabbit out of his cap and complete the #Fab5
