As someone with years of management experience, I have found that if you have a good employee, you keep him happy and pay him as much as you can to keep him. Perhaps we did that, perhaps not; I don't know the answer to that question. The issue that you can't control is what happens when someone with deeper pockets and an eye for talent comes along. I hate to see us loose a good coach, but you can't knock Hughes for doing the best thing for him and his family.

I would envision a TKP keychain looking like the new website logo made out of the finest/loudest metal, with an add option to weld on a bottle opener. Possibly a VT or TKP somewhere on it
