# | Bitter blog - Trey Edmunds breaks out in scrimmage, although offense's day a little 'disappointing' Injury is definitely a concern, especially with our lack of depth in the secondary, but I agree I would like to see Jarrett return more punts given his skills. Does anyone think that stamina might be an issue? I would think that it could be very taxing to be out for a defensive series, then have to return a punt at the end. I'd hate to have an otherwise potentially awesome return get stuck because his legs are tired.

And he knows how to interact with the media and give good answers. Of the current crop of players, I'd say he's it. David Wilson and Bruce Taylor were like that too. Although we haven't talked to him much this spring, Jack Tyler will be one as well.

Beamer and Tech have made a living off of running the ball, playing tremendous defense, and mistake free special teams. I believe the defense will be very solid this season, the best we've seen since at least 2009, and the battery at kicker and punter will be the best we've had in a while. The offense won't be flashy, but they're being groomed to grind and break wills, and by the time fall rolls around, they'll be seasoned enough to do so.

dj still looks a little heavy, i know hes being used a little different this year and it doesn't look like his speed is really suffering at all, i think hes going to play a major roll this fall. id love to see him layout another uva defender this year blocking for lt3

I completely understand the frustration with the NE student section. I had to sit there all last year and deal with the complacency. Showing to games late and leaving way too early. Not even making noise. That's not a student section. Really hoping I'll end up in the North end zone again like 2011.
As bad as the Danny Coale catch reversal was, I had more of a problem with the PI call and replay reversal on J. Hosley's two interceptions in the Michigan Sugar Bowl.
When you take Aero lab next year, prepare to get nothing done while laughing at UVA. twice as many reports, hooray! Also, LOLUVA. Thanks for the post.
