My thoughts...

I think Kendall need to add a few more muscles to his frame to handle tackling receivers on the collegiate level. I don't know if he's already hitting the weights in anticipation of competing for starting spot, but I think in order for Foster and Gray to feel comfortable throwing him to the wolves (in this case, Alabama's physical receivers), he needs to show he can handle the physical part of the game.

Manning, IMO, has a lot of upside and showed potential. Riley seem to need more polishing. The others, Tookes and Greene, are relative unknown but I'm sure they have busting their butt on the scout team.

Nothing wrong with a healthy competition this spring to push each other to be the starter in case Exum doesn't make it in time for the Alabama game.

Not sure if this is related to the Thoroughbreds, but I thought I would share this tweet with y'all.

I really am impressed with a high school coach complimenting Shane Beamer, I think we all knew he was an ace recruiter, but I think that tweet validates what we knew. I hope that more coaches feel that way instead of the selected few who seem to hold a lot of sway over the young men.

...I can't figure why these kids choose UVA right now. 2 yrs ago, maybe. Why would a high school senior committ to UVA when their coach won't be there when we signs his LOI. London is going to get fired this year (don't believe me, look at their schedule). How to see this as an up and coming school.

Last year it was during Spring Break, that's why nobody was there. But I agree, it will be fairly empty. But WEAR GREEN!

Yes, if you're in Bburg still, please show up to give EG some love. He deserves it!

Apparently, when you tied Mike London to Thomas Jefferson's slaves, that was a bit racist.

I'll be honest, when I first read it I didn't see it that way, I thought you were just saying the only reason UVA would ever hire a black guy to coach was if he had connections, and no connection would be better than to be descended from the <sarcasm>almighty founder of the University</sarcasm>. Relatively mild race joke at its finest, and also accusing the enemy of being racist.

Then the second time I read it I really got it.
