Agreed, not trying to take away anything, since I'm sure he's a phenomenal athlete and player, but I do wonder how he will do against opponents of similar size. He was a man among boys in high school.
I feel like Chip Kelley himself wouldn't say no to that combo of Parker and JCC in the backfield. I'm really excited to see the QB battle between Hodges and Parker develop over the next couple years.

Both him and David Cornwell seem like very good QB's. Man I remember when we'd only have a shot of landing these kids if they were form Virginia. I also remember being really high on Sean Glennon when we got him too. So we'll see.
Bamas defense is going to be pretty much unscathed. Loosing there 600lb bench pressing nose tackle a defensive end and a linebacker, not much else. There Offense will be hit across the OLine and there RB but the rest of there skill players will be coming back. Plus that monster of a human test subject shown above. I am guessing that is the recruit that BAMA fans are bragging about braking the high school rushing record. Not regional not state THE HIGH SCHOOL RUSHING RECORD.
I am telling Bama fans that honestly if we keep them under 20 points I will come in smiling the next day. I don't even mention our offense or our side of the score board. 17-0 I'll take it. Hey I loved seeing our defense handle Rutgers, they did great. I'll take that one too.

exactly what i thought and many have said ... that he's too tall to play RB but that he may be the best overall athlete in this year's class. he's a bruiser but I'm not dazzled by his speed and moves. long story short: i'd be a lot more worried about yeldon than him at this point

Bud foster will keep this game from being totally embarrassing .. He's shown what he can do with an offseason to scheme and our defense holds its own against pro offenses usually. I worry about our lack of defensive speed compared to their offense ... Most of their defense will be back but they also lost the best cb in college football. If we play well defensively and take advantage of the unknown offense (Saban doesn't know what to prepare for) and Logan gets back to form and a few other things, it could be interesting .. Put in a few wrinkles .. Get Parker in for some wildcat, jc in the slot coming in motion from the I ... Major mismatch with a lb there

I know they're losing their center, and I believe either 2 or 3 other linemen. McCarron and Yeldon are the only real threats coming back on offense.

I'm saying Hughes for the next 3 years and I'm guessing Windmuller redshirted so that is at least another year after that. You don't really see punters/kickers leaving early so I'd say it's a safe bet those two will be competing for the next couple years.
