BLACKSBURG β Virginia Tech football head coach Brent Pry announced changes to his staff Thursday, parting ways with defensive coordinator and linebackers coach Chris Marve, offensive line coach Ron Crook and senior director of strength and conditioning Dwight Galt IV.

I love Virginia Tech. I spent the last 20 years of my life being defined by my live for Virginia Tech, the school and it's athletic programs. I can count on one hand the number of football games I've missed in those 20 years. I've watched us play football or basketball at every venue here in the state of North Carolina that we have ever played in, including the random ass basketball game at Campbell University years ago.
So when I say that I have been asking myself more and more lately this question, know that it's coming from a place where I truly more than anything want us to have success. But I can't keep this question out of my mind:

The VT Athletics Facebook account just shared an image about an hour ago announcing an interview coming up on Friday December 6th between Bill Roth and Whit Babcock on the House settlement. As far as I have seen there is nothing new on the House front at this point, the preliminary approval of the settlement plan was okayed back in October so I wonder what this will entail. Maybe an appeal for more support as finances are restructured? Maybe some announcements about what changes VT will need to make to accommodate House? I'm not very optimistic about the ability of CFB as we have come to love it at VT from 1995 onwards to continue. No broadcast or streaming details that I have seen so far but watch this space.

Love made all three of his field-goal attempts and all four extra-point attempts in Virginia Tech's 37-17 triumph over Virginia. He hit on his field-goal attempts from 44, 31 and 28 yards and improved to 15-for-17 this season.
