This is a pretty inspirational message, and looks like our Hokies are embracing it with gusto.

Here's a really interesting, if a bit old, article in a Cleveland newspaper. It's from July, so Braxton was still expected to play. (I didn't see this posted anywhere else--and I'm on this site a ridiculous number of times per day--anyway sorry if it's a duplicate.) Things I found interesting:
1) They have us pegged as their second most difficult opponent on the year.
2) That still only gives us an 11% chance of winning, in their eyes.
3) There's a 2012 video of Brewer in there from Texas Tech.

Game Day Preparations
I had a moment of panic yesterday when I decided to look ahead in my TV guide and saw that next Saturday's lineup was available.
The panic came from the fact that I haven't been able to see any real scrimmage footage, the fact that we don't know who the starting QB is, and the fact that I just don't feel ready yet.
What do you guys do to get prepared for gameday?
For me it's picking out a bourbon for the season, deciding on what meats I'll be smoking that first weekend, and finally allowing myself to purchase some Oktoberfest and Pumpkin beers. I feel like if I am not prepared, the team isn't prepared, and if the team isn't prepared, we will lose.

Need help with secondary market OSU tickets!
Unfortunately my family did not receive tickets to the OSU game but we still want to go. We also want to sit in the Hokie section, or at least as close as possible. Could someone let me know where the away team section is the Horseshoe and also give me some tips on secondary market tickets for this game? like what price i should be looking to pay and such. Ohio State Tight End not worried about VA Tech game
Wow.....even with Braxton Miller out for the season, Ohio State thinks that beating VA Tech on September 6, 2014 will be a cake walk. This is what OSU Tight End Jeff Heuerman stated an interview posted on ESPN....
"[Expectations] haven't changed honestly," Heuerman said. "We've just got to compete for championships. The nice thing about it is we don't have any huge kicker games, so it will give us some time to get our feet wet before we jump into the Big Ten schedule.
Apparently this dude does not realize what a VA Tech defense does to teams!
