Mark, I am hoping to convince your to do a mid season recap of some of your photos and the details behind them. I was browsing the UNC photos and you seemed to be right in the thick of a couple of the big moments in that game. I would also imagine that a 4 hour game that starts in broad daylight and ends at night would make for a challenging day. If you find the time feel free to cover your favorite shots of the season so far.
Well, after 48 states, 23 maps and 256 banners here is the National Fantasy Football map.
This map shows all Division I schools (both FBS and FCS). There are also variants showing just the FBS and just the FCS if you prefer a little more breathing room, especially on the east coast.
I posted this on r/CFB last night and it seemed to go over pretty well so I though I'd share here too. (This is a little different from the original post).
It has all the Division I football schools in the Commonwealth and banners to go with them. If you'd like a higher resolution version for a desktop wallpaper, you can find it here: Hi-res version If you post it somewhere else, please give me credit for the image.
I think I'm going to do some other states if I get the time, but I felt this one had the most TKP relevence.
Update:
I also created a NC/SC map.

[Mod Edit: Embed tweet.]
Virginia Tech shared this photo and it's too perfect not to caption.
It's been awhile since Box graced us with a glorius gif and I thought VT's first appearance in the big dance warranted a gif a la MascotMock style. Though it doesn't meet the quality of Box's GIFs, it's the thought that counts, right? (My apologies for the changing size Hokie head...)
And because I found this while searching for Bucky images...
If you guys want to get in on the fun, here are some cutouts.
Not the best photos, but without an actual camera and just using a camera phone, this is the best look I can give of the new font. Took some scraping of the old orange and painting over the maroon, but this is the north end of Cassell right where the cheerleaders typically stand. Feel free to edit/use as you wish.
My dad is a truck driver and loves to customize his rigs. He knew he wanted to go with orange on the grey truck to match the orange trailers he hauls. I told him he needed to add some maroon to the scheme so people wouldn't confuse him for a Volunteer fan. Turned out pretty sharp. I told him he is right up to date with the new branding and the anthracite rumors.
This morning, UVA tried out a new hashtag

Neat! Best of luck to them on thi-whooops!
what to do what to do...
these are some amazing costumes!
Sorry if this is old news, but apparently Kyle Fuller got sponsored by UA and it's a pretty sweet picture. Hopefully he balls out this year for da Bears.

I was looking for a new picture to replace my current DBU Facebook Cover Photo and came across this photo that I don't believe I had seen before of Kendall and Dadi following one of his 3 interceptions in the 2013 Duke game.

I'll go First:
In response to this tweet from Andy Bitter......
The creator already twittered this back to Andy but I wanted to make sure the TKP community saw it. Photoshop credit to John Monroe (@MinisterofD). He does some great college football related photoshops. (despite being a Tennessee alum)
This might be the image of Virginia Tech's 2014 football season.
Yesterday was a disaster, but hopefully we can have some fun this morning. Funny and witty is what we're looking for here, not mean spirited.
Just delivered this one to the Triangle Chapter of the Virginia Tech Alumni Assoc. in Durham prior to the Duke game. They will be using this for one of the items in their annual auction and wanted it on display before the game to start drumming up interest. Figure is a McFarlane 2-pack Joe Greene with Reggie White facemask, McNair right arm with Greene hand transplant and sculpted wrist tape/elbow pad.
