Maybe a tin-foil-hat opinion, but I'm not sure I buy that S&C was the issue. I think it's an easy story that takes the blame away from Pry's clock management and moves it elsewhere.
Would love to be proven wrong about this.

Looking at the stats, just over 11% of people have diabetes. 95% of those people are type 2. Type 2 is a problem of overeating and under moving. For those people, simply not eating processed foods and moving to real, whole foods will completely change their lives. If you prioritize protein in your diet from natural sources, eat fruits and vegetables, and stay away from processed foods your body will recover. For those persons, it is not the carbs it is the volume.
For type 1's, yep, I get it.
How do we know who Fuente and Pry wanted vs didn't get or had a limited the budget for.
Barry Odom; $1.2 million
Appreciate the insight. Sounds like a good idea and makes sense. Doing more activities/exercises is definitely part of the goal. I just needed somewhere to start and go off of. Today is day 2 of counting calories but i've been alcohol free for 10 days (last night i had a couple shots) and i've been doing the treadmill every evening since the 6th. After tomorrow i'll see if there's any major changes in the weight. I always weigh at the same time of day in order to try and take out the water weight variable.
Yes. I use fire sticks. All the smart tvs I've owned, with the exception of a brand new one, have had their WiFi quit working, and the software was lesser than the stick.
I even make sure I turn on the fire stick so that it makes the tvs skip their Home Screen and go straight to the stick.
Thanks for following up.
Let us know how it works out.
question, are you guys suggesting rokus and other devices for streaming because the software on the tv sucks? Because I can see that. Takes me like 8 days to switch between apps, it's awful
EASY ONIONS - GIVE 'EM TO DA YOUNG SPROUTS!!!
Agreed that you won't find dumb tvs anymore. The only ones that are truly dumb are pc monitors and when you get to a size that's much larger than a typical pc monitor it's prohibitively expensive. .
I think VT fans have collectively been saying this for many years. lol. Love where this dude's head is at, bring em home!

# | With all this defensive coordinator hand-wringing... why NO Culture Coach checks❓ I haven't and I need a translator. I feel like these need to be accompanied by this obligatory gif

What not announcing a dc in my timely manner does to a mfer (that mfer is all of us)
After re-reading it a bit, ... yeah, I could see how you came to that conclusion.
There are very few S&C coaches that I know, I don't know the guys name at Ok St, but he makes over a million a year, and that's my knowledge of current S&C coaches.
Honestly I think this is the hardest position to hire. they have to be top notch people people because they are with the players so much that they Set the culture and S&C has exploded in new developments in the last 20 years that is hard to keep up with. So finding some one knowledgeable is tough because it's hard to fair because it's hard to follow if it's not your field.
Ive said this before, but this is where VT can still compete if they want to. But it cost money. Just like our helmet testing, we need academic side help to improve our ability to syay in the bleeding edge. I don't think the athletic department as a whole is prepared to have the staff to support S&C like we should be doing
Neuschanstein is on everybody's list for a reason. It's stunning, and the best of breed. This also means it's one of the most visited sights in Bavaria. If you do this during Oktoberfest, it will be crowded, and you need to book the timed inside tour well in advance. Another option would be to skip the inside tour and just hike around and get selfies from Maria's bridge.
If you stay one night in Füssen (pleasant nearby town), often included with your hotel are free bus rides to local attractions, including Neuschwanstein, Weisskirche (picturesque baroque church), and Hohenschwangau Castle. For the least crowd, go during the week first thing in the morning.
Or Dex and Banks both turn down jobs to come be co-DC's in Blacksburg
2000 calories is a target minimum to prevent starvation. Be careful using that as a baseline.
To get your baseline. Count your calories for 3 days. Take your weight over those 3 days.
If you gain, your maintenance calories are just under that.
If you do not gain, the average of those 3 days calories is your maintenance weight. Adjust calories up or down 250-500 calories per day to get to your target.
Or, instead of reducing calories, increase calorie expenditure to reduce the weight.
Going too hard on a deficit will be just a battle of willpower and over the long term the hunger will win.
Remember that your weight will fluctuate as a normal thing. I note that my weight fluctuates on 3 day cycles, 2 up then 1 down. The fluctuation may be digestive cycles, inflammation cycles, any number of things.
Don't fuck with the Jedi master, son.
At the very least, her defenses will swarm
Snooze. Putting way too much stock in portal outgoings as a referendum on team culture and tying it directly to Galt getting let go

As an alternative, anyone try Hohenwerfen Castle (from the movie Where Eagles Dare)? It's south of Salzburg.

It was an issue, was it the only issue, no
