Hey, if you're going to go breakfast, go protein.
For some reason, I'm at a point where I can generally skip breakfast, and I hardly notice. But the main point is that you shouldn't eat a typical carb breakfast.

This wisdom is a bit late, but I've learned not to do action that requires a part until you have it in hand for pretty much similar reason. Similarly, make sure you have the right tool (like if you need a certain socket size, and you think "I've got that size" but find out later you needed the deep socket version.
Dan Quinn for DC confirmed.
I called Fangio weeks ago 😅

Nah, we are hiring a coach from a NFL playoff team.
Recs on the walking pad?

Yeap - Dabo has 4 times in his career (Chad Morris, Venables, Garrett Riley, and now Tom Allen) gone out and gotten his guy. Would love to see Pry do the same.
We will have an uphill battle due to admissions issues
Chuck Long was the QB on Hayden Fry's greatest Iowa teams.
He did in fact chuck long.
It would be a real dick swinging move if we got Tim Banks. One that challenges everyone's current view of CFB. Really hope it's true. Obviously it's probably not. But if we're going to win championships we need to be making championship level moves
The gardens sound pretty beat. We loved Japan when we went so that sounds like something we'd enjoy.
both basically brand new to their positions.
So we can get 'em on the cheap
I went so far to look up ND and OSU's linebacker coaches (since I figured we weren't pulling their DCs and we also haven't hired a linebackers coach), but alas they were both basically brand new to their positions.
Huge grain of salt with these transfer portal rankings is it compares inbound transfers to outbound transfers. It doesn't take into consideration talent leaving via graduation.
So yes, On3 ranks our gains from the portal as significantly better than our losses. But overall our talent level across the board would seem to be trending down next year (on paper at least).
For some of us, carbs are the devil.
Diabetic and prediabetic need to at minimum very carefully consume carb.
I think part of the difficulty are the various types of carb.
You have carbs which become sugar or are already sugar - sugars and starches.
The other main type are fibrous undigestible by humans which feed the biologics in the digestive system.
Outstanding breakfast,

Just pulled the trigger on the 55" TCL Q7 QLED
Thank you all for the input, I think it helped, or made me question my own judgement even more...one of those two!

He's not wrong, either.
The budget may preclude this, but when I upgraded a couple years ago to an OLED it was like watching TV for the first time. If you can spring for one I can tell you its worth it. That said, if one of your primary uses is going to be on movies you need to pay attention to the number of dimming zones in the panel. Non-OLED TVs (still) have a challenge with image bloom effects (those halos you get around bright objects that are surrounded by darker areas). Minimizing that is done by having more dimming zones, so the greater the dimming zones, the less bloom.

I'd sure like to see us implement it and find out. I'm sick of the best players in Virginia going other places.
