Thoughts:
1) $250k seems like an absurdly large amount of money to offer to all 6 players
2) Seems additionally odd that every player was offered the same $$ as 3/6 appear to have largely been Bench guys and 1 of them appeared to play very sparingly.
3) And the Overarching thought here......overwhelmingly tired of all of these "NIL mishap/disagreement" stories. If you create a system that is akin to the Wild Wild West, you're gonna end up with shootouts at the O.K. Corral. The real winners here are the Lawyers who are racking up the billable hours.
Probably. Wintergreen is very much set up as a learning place for folks like me who had never done mushing before. Sure it's a lot less expensive to get to as well :-).
My expectations were pretty low, but now I think Al-tuner in for next season now.
Say what you want, but those two have been serviceable through the years. They've stuck around and put in a lot of work just to be Hokies. Here's to hoping they show out and have a great bowl.

I think this is a big part of our recruiting strategy at the high school *and* portal level. If they sign elsewhere out of HS then, "We wish you luck there, but if things don't turn out the way you wanted them to, then keep us in mind. You can always come home."

Moore and Jenkins, not totally sure why they wouldn't play---don't think either have high hopes for NFL but more tape couldn't hurt.
