Listened to this yesterday and meant to post about it. Like you the "Beating Miami" comment blew my mind. She somehow managed to try to make that argument that beating a team, is actually a bad thing because that gives that team a loss. This has to be the worst logic I've ever heard and I couldn't believe it when I heard it. Even the other two on the podcast seemed to tease her and realize that she is actually crazy.
As for ESPN, it's sad that they employ such people as herself because it can be a negative to some of their colleagues who actually do a great job. One that stands out to me is David Hale. I think his work is tremendous covering the ACC, most likely because he's realistic and watching him banter with the uneducated members of all fanbases is incredibly entertaining to me, as it probably is to himself.
Is that Crucial Crucial Aunt Aunt? If so I haven't. I need to hit that place more often.

Maybe she reads all of the immature attacks against her appearance and obscene insults from portions of our fanbase and holds it against us. Wouldn't blame her, honestly.
(And the giraffe thing is embarrassing to all of us, please stop.)
You'd think she called us UVA the way some of y'all are carrying on.
Why would you post a duplicate clip of her interview on the same thread where it was originally posted?

# | Heather Dinich, please tell us what you think about Virginia Tech this year.... Heather is always gonna hate! Next host please.
I think this might be getting a little too personal at this point... might be time to step back.
This might be the game for that. I think 500 of Louisville's 850 yards was on the ground.
Add a Miami tshirt, and this pretty much sums up Heather:

She doesn't seem to understand the difference between beating BC, ECU, and UNC and blowing those teams out. Not that her stupidity is all that shocking.
Oh I agree, it's completely outrageous that she got to move up to cover the CFP after taking a gigantic dump on the very teams she was supposed to be covering. I get it, beat writers don't have to be huge fans of the teams they cover and aren't there to blow sunshine and rainbows up fans' asses (see: Bitter, Andy) but they shouldn't try and find every possible way of belittling them either.

# | Heather Dinich, please tell us what you think about Virginia Tech this year.... I wish people would just let us be until we win everything and then start paying attention.
Ticket prices aside, I would love the VT-UT matchup to become annually home and home, with Bristol thrown in every 4 years.

Childish? Maybe. Accurate? Absolutely.

Gratuitous Emma gif

True, he did have that one, that was a good segment. Its more about how this website has a huge inferiority complex and needs to compare the ACC to the SEC. Joey is a great Hokie and a good kicker, but he isn't elite at anything besides kickoffs.
initially, i'd be angry that we're not getting the respect we deserve but honestly, i've taken the approach where i'd rather prove them wrong and make the doubters look like fools in the end. like they say, "haters gon' hate."
just glad she's no longer covering the ACC. the last person i'd want covering ACC football (and college football in general) is an Indiana grad...LOL
Such a fun game. Had my phone in rice for 12 hours after that.
I agree, we should
run the battle better
(I think)

Haters gonna hate , this pissed me off too
