For two reasons: yea, her commentary seems illogical and it seems like she's drinking the Haterade. But, some of the comments on here are so disappointing. We don't need to degrade someone for her opinion. Especially after the Mod has stepped in and reminded everyone of the Community Guidelines. She's a human being, she deserves some respect.

Until this year, Mark Dantonio has played this out to perfection. Further, I actually thing some of the reason they are under performing was because of more lofty expectations after a playoff appearance.

When they punt, do they use a shield/swinging-gate to protect the punter? We seem to be doing very well against those types of punt formations.

# | Heather Dinich, please tell us what you think about Virginia Tech this year.... It's 2016 and people are still worried about what Heather Dinich thinks? We've been irrelevant for four seasons. Yeah we're finally good but how many times have you seen teams start hot and fizzle out? SPOILER: We did it in 2013. So honestly she's got a point. The Hokies have plenty of buzz in other places. Enjoy that. No need in getting worked up over one opinion.
Now that is a very interesting thought. I hadn't really thought much about the splits, and a lot of our big plays have come outside the tackles, regardless of play type. I was a little concerned about our interior pass pro early in the season, but I haven't been noticing it as an issue the last few games. If this is true, it actually makes me feel better about our run game overall.
I don't think it would become another ECU. The reason ECU games suck are because we're expected to beat them every year and we are in a P5 while they are in a G5. Tennessee is a football school in the SEC. This could become a rivalry if we played every year because both teams would care and it would be competitive most years.
