Either way they are going to be losing money on ticket sales. I imagine UNC would refund their tickets and then VT would sell General Admission tickets. I doubt we would get more than 30k on short notice traveling during a storm.
Well, over the course of the 2012, 2013 seasons, Duke had to play 2 away games at Lane, and the Hokies had to go to Miami twice in a row. This was done to accomodate Pittsburgh and Cuse coming aboard?

As far as I know, no flooding has occurred at my house. My house is elevated, but all the ones around me are ground level living.

Looks like the latest models have the storm tracking to our east (of course that will probably change a few more times before it gets here) so hopefully we'll be okay. There is also a bit of a ridge between me and the sound so it would have to come up quite a bit to overtop that ridge I would think.

I can understand maybe not being on the VT hype train. But to not respect us as a program?? How many times have they won the ACC since they have been in it? How many times have we won it since we been in it??
I hope we just straight blast them. I hope they don't respect us and are looking down the road. And I hope we drop 60 points on them. Unreal.

There has to be a way to just delay these games to the end of the season, and push the championship game out a week. This is actually easier to do with Orlando not having an NFL team than it would have been in Charlotte.

you don't. best you can do is edit it to be something funny or beg Joe or the mod to delete it for you (very rare and requires child sacrifice and a roll of 15 or better).
You are correct about the groceries, but I'd rather catch my share of 36 tuna than have to watch somebody else catch two fish. Offshore fishing is a crap shoot, though. Not my thang.
