I agree 100%. I was a young chap and kind of liked Notre Dame until that happened. It was a crime, and they have gotten many benefits since then. Good thing is I dont think we were the ones getting screwed out of it.
Every time they got to a BCS game it was undeserved, and they got blown the hell out. I think we will punish them badly this year, maybe as bad as they have lost at home in a while.

I'm Logan. Grew up in Roanoke VA. Went to Tech for chemical engineering but hated the curriculum so I switched into biochemistry and biology my junior year and got my degree in 2014. I went straight into grad school to get my PhD in Pathology at UVA (yea yea). I reside in Charlottesville now (obviously) and deal with it the best I can. I take pride in wearing my VT gear around and getting looks from people. I have never attended a UVA football game. I attend as many VT football games as I can (went to the BC game), but haven't been able to as much since starting graduate school.
People often tell me that Charlottesville is a great place to visit, and I'd agree with that, but I don't think it's a great place to live. As a recent example of the things I deal with here, I watched a person drive into a street sign in the walmart parking lot earlier today. They destroyed the front end of their truck.
Anyways, I chose to come to UVA so that I could stay close to my family and (now) fiance, and so that I could get research experience in a hospital setting. My research involves how the bacteria in the gut alter colorectal cancer progression/growth. Eventually I'd like to develop better medical diagnostics (mostly because I'm tired of going to the doctor and hearing "yea so we're not sure exactly what's wrong").

My fiance is currently finishing her second degree, which roughly translates to "I have a stupid amount of free time." I spend most of that time playing videogames. I think I'm friends with quite a few of you here on Xbox Live but I think I've only ever played with one of you. I never invite any of you because I think you all just pity added me once upon a time in one of our videogame threads. If anyone ever wants to play though, my GT is xWSx Logan. I'm trying to get into computer gaming more, so if that's your thing, my steam account is xWSxLogan.

Speaking of "reading" plays. I've noticed that Evans does an excellent job looking off receivers. TT in his Jr and Sr years is the last QB that I can recall doing so. All others seemed to stare down their primary target. It feels like that little nuance by Evans is making a difference in the passing game.
Evans at QB would be the only key regarding, the notion of getting players that Fuente picked. Even then, he's in the same situation as the rest, learning a new O.
Agreed. We heard "Wait til PJ gets his own players" when Nesbitt was running the GT O and had Dwyer and Demaryius Thomas. All the GT fans were chirping "wait til he gets his own players". To date, I think Nesbitt was the best QB that they've had to run that O and their OL was also better than any other. Their D had 4 NFL picks on the DL too, IIRC.
Could the talent improve from here? Possibly, but it'll be more about Fuente and Cornelson having more time to coach up the players than what's implied in the phrase "wait til he gets his own players".
My name is Bryant, and I grew up in South Boston, VA. My dad and a few others in my family went to VT, so I grew up rooting for the Hokies. Applied to a few different schools, but knew that I would go to VT if I got in. Majored in civil engineering and graduated this past May. Got a job with a civil engineering firm in Raleigh, NC right out of school, and so far I really enjoy living down here. My main interests include obsessing over VT sports, craft beer, playing basketball, and playing guitar/piano/drums. Also, I discovered TKP pretty recently and have been making up for lost time.
On the plus side they do sell beer now.

My name's Ryan, was born in Michigan then moved to Jupiter, Florida when i was 9. I currently am a freshman at the University of Florida. Interesting thing to note, one day me and some buddies were eating at a restaraunt on campus when all of the sudden a large family walked in with what looked like some coaches who were recruiting one of the kids. I looked closer and then realized that it was Torrian Gray sitting 10ft from me! I instantly sneaked a picture and took note of how often he talked to the mother (he was almost exclusively talking to her). Anyway back to stuff about me, I've been a die hard hokie fan since i was four years old when i walked into the living room trying to figure out what my Dad was so excited over. It turned out he was watching a hokie game (he went to VT back in 70s) and i have been hooked ever since.
People with October birthdays are awesome. It's science.
