Well to be fair on your bolded part, there is a massive disconnect between what black out drunk actually means and what the public always assumes in these situations and it makes what the officer said actually make some sense.
Blackout drunk does not mean the person is unconscious or incoherent. It just means they can't remember due to their brains not being able to form long term memories. A person can appear to be at a mild level of drunkenness like you would see from your average partygoer.
The other thing to factor in is how the RPI is weighted. Home wins only count for .6 wins and Away count for 1.4 while home losses count for 1.4 losses and so on. Mess around like we did last year with Alabama State and it can crater our RPI. Which is another reason its dumb to play 6 of these games, why give yourself that many chances to have a horrible game?
Basically means we need to root for everyone in the ACC out of conference. Need Clemson to be a top 75ish team again and BC to not be absolutely awful since we play them both twice. Ideally FSU could be a sneaky good road win and we can knock off two of Pitt UNC NC State and Louisville on the road one time who should all be at least top 50 RPI.
Didn't another LB just go out with season ending injury?
I think you missed the point that French was trying to make. If Ford aligns in the same position that Rogers did (one that appears to be a blocker for the run), then the defense will know that something is up and most likely will be a pass to Ford. In order for the play to work, the receiver (Rogers) needs to be a blocker multiple times and then catch the LB off guard with the play action.
Hence why French suggested that they try it with Bucky. He's physical enough to block in the interior that the defense won't be alerted that something is amiss.
The rape kit was collected and the victim wants to prosecute, then the kit should be submitted to the state crime lab for testing. The PD is really setting themselves up for an investigation on how they handle rape cases if evidence does not get submitted. If you Google "untested rape kits" you will see issues from all over the country. DNA backlogs are large throughout the nation so 6 months without a DNA result is not a shock.
It's pronounced "Kevin". Jokes aside this bad bad.
Edmunds for the rest of the season....

ooops. Nevermind. like I said about being a jerk.
It might take better than a $5 to each team to get Tenn and VT back. There were are a lot of unhappy fans based on the seats, view, and exorbitant ticket price.
What this really is is a failure of a university that was already criticized for how it handled sexual assaults continuing to mishandle sexual assaults (they received more coverage in the Hunting Ground than any other school and have had several girls file suit against them recently). This is the by far more pressing issue that will get lost in this just because the accused plays football. There is a lot of change needed in a lot of places with regards to handling sexual assault cases
Not really a Baylor situation unless it comes out that the football team/AD was bullying these kids into keeping quiet and I'd prefer to think no one is that awful
I just meant if he comes out for a breather for a few plays.
Beckette or Carter or Belmar must be pretty good or all 3. Could be a good thing!
or even "just leaves the game."? Or if he gets abducted by aliens, or defects to Russia, or... Get your drift, but c'mon. Leg to you though, because you're right and I'm a jerk.
I might be the only person not disappointed by the low ranked teams on the schedule. We really need a year or two to rack up the wins and get Buzzketball into good shape. Blowout wins will help recruiting more than close wins or losses against better opponents. ACC membership means the recruits will know that they are going to get national exposure and big wins OOC will help get us more TV time if we have a better W-L record (IMHO).
That being said, I would like to a gradual increase in the schedule difficulty as Buzz stays here and gets more and more of his players into the program.
I'm just wondering what happens if Edmunds goes down. It seems like we are beyond screwed if he gets injured or even just leaves the game.
That was my view in Kulwicki Terrace, plus needing to lean down to see replays on Colossus. I give BMS a 2/5 for overall experience. Game in itself was a hell of a spectacle. But UT homerism, lack of entrances and water bottles, and shitty views for my seats after paying same amount as everyone else who could see the field clear as day left a bitter taste in my mouth. Of course our performance on the field didn't help but still, three days later and I wasn't impressed with anything BMS put on, outside the spectacle of the game itself.
I have been arguing for the death penalty for UNC for a couple of years now. As much as it would hurt the ACC, it really needs to happen.
SP but he was 2nd LB on depth chart.
Don't think he ever saw play time right?
HA!! It took me three times to figure it out. Man I'm old and slow.
Edit: Steve Addazio is as slow as I am!!!!
Steve Addazio thought that Jason from Arlington was not out of whack.
Steve Addazio ignores the office "Secret Santa" rules. His gift is a mostly-used gift card to a grocery store.
Point taken.
My take on "common sense" in my post, was coming from an "if it ain't broke, don't fix it" viewpoint. There is such gross overreach from both sides of this issue. I wasn't trying to sound nice. Just honest.
But... I should stop. This really isn't the place, nor should it be. I do enjoy that TKP is usually one of the rare secluded hideaways from all of the silly social/political nonsense that is so pervasive nowadays. I thought about deleting every post that I've made in this forum, but if downvoters want to unleash, I'll leave them up. Whatever. Go Hokies.
As long as you're ok with that "rock" being copper-jacketed lead, .308" in diameter and thrown at a velocity of 2,700 fps.

no he snot.... he litter alley is dying... call 911 or the undertaker or Mike London.... I herd somewhere he was a cop and great at dealing with dying programs.
