Everyone has already figured out the LOLUVA will go winless in the conference and end up at 3-9 again.
the 2007 BC debacle never got below 50 degrees. So the "sub-freezing temperatures" part of your statement is hyperbole...but it rained like hell..I got soaked in that game too. It sucked. A lot.
He took over as the manager of Gobbler Country two years ago and his involvement there only lasted a few weeks.
I reached out to him many times during the offseason through different mediums and he never responded. Hopefully he is okay and is focused on work and school.
lays the groundwork for Vincent, Corey, Kyle, and Kendall to start the next generation, the Fuller Cousins.
I find it safe to assume they will each impregnate their respective significant others with 4 children each. Meaning we have a solid squad coming 2032 thru at least 2040. During which period, we can also safely assume the defense will be 100% Fuller for at least 2 seasons.
Two kickers I can understand, but 3 defenses and only 1 QB?
I did end up with Gost, Tyrod and Seattle. Let's see what happens.
it might as well have been...for Cal at least.
Well, I've had a hate-hate relationship with the sun for 34 years.
My dad is English and he played rugby growing up (apparently he was pretty good, too) and so he has never really understood or liked American Football. I convinced him to come down for a game and that was the one we picked. So my dad and I were sitting together in South Endzone for the only football game he's been to and it was miserably cold and the actual game itself was a bit of a snooze-fest. Needless to say, my dad has not been back to a football game since.
No comeback I could think up will top this.
The 2016 college football season starts on Thursday, Sept. 1
Athlon must think that the Cal-Hawaii game last Friday was a scrimmage...
I'm not that bad born and raised in VA and spent 8 years in Ohio. But I'm tired of winter getting here so fast.
that brings back memories. when i was in the Management Society, my job was to get donuts every other week for our meetings. i can assure you, attendance was practically 100% esp. with free Carol Lee donuts!
Yeah, I had to miss that one because I was away at a conference. I gave my ticket to my sister and she and my wife went to the game. They were both miserable.
By god I forgot about that one...that was gross

coldest game I've been to was Duke 2008. I think at kickoff the temperature was just above 30 but by the time the game ended it was in the single digits. 20s
I checked...didn't drop down, officially, as low as I recall. But it was friggin cold
Ha, I'm just giving you grief. My wife is from Florida. Anything below 70 is arctic to her. She looked at the forecast recently and asked me, "why is it winter already?" Kid you not, she'll be in a parka when it's 60 outside.
I'm still on team Pro Combat despite us being slaughtered in the polls.
ACC Championship game...
They were the ONLY team we lost to that year, no other team beat us, not even a team that starts with M. Only two losses and a huge bowl game win.
AllMaroon.
+1. I consider Cabo a Blacksburg staple, however, I notice that a lot of people who graduated before ~2005ish do not.
When it's Oct and Nov it can be cold it's not right to be cold and rainy Labor Day Weekend.
SoDoBlaBa?
this might be one of the first times I've picked a winner

yeah that UNC game was cold
but the Duke game was colder
