Nathan Proctor attends the same high school as former Hokies DE Nekos Brown. My uncle is a teacher at Lackey as well and said Nekos is back working there too. Hopefully he is in Proctor's ear and is helping bridge the relationship with Bud. We need LB depth badly.
Yes they were. I worked for them from my sophomore year of high school through college (got my engineering degree from VCU, they gave me money but got a Masters from VT). I was also fortunate enough for Ukrops to give me $1500 a year for school. Thankfully Ukrops bakery items can still be found at the Martin's stores here in Richmond.
You remember correctly, Rebel Yell and the clones at other parks were always mirror-image twin track "racing" designs.
I know this has been pointed out several times, but it's just so funny how far we've come in the last month. We went from Andy Bitter writing articles about how much the Hokie fans/forums were getting frustrated by Fuentes recruiting (why does he feel the need to write those negative articles?), to everyone having full confidence and excitement in our ability to recruit.
Note that we already have a commitment from a probable top 5, possible #1 player in VA for the 2019 class who is projected as a Top50 player nationally and a top 10 DB. He obviously sees a bright future at VT. Does that count as current success or future success with recruiting high profile players? ;)

Classic Stiney "in-game adjustments"
Pretty sure he was not trying to get a first down with that call. He was thinking - we're screwed, don't get a sack or turnover, see if we can pick up some yards before we punt. Fortunately no-one told Tyrod that.
At least until we finish up on Fuente's Funhouse.
I was there both springs with the middle school band! (Stuarts Draft)
Tyrod kept Stinespring employed for as long as he was. The true BS really showed, once Tyrod wasn't there to improvise.
I don't know of any good places to see decent play designs in action, but I can say that if you wait a few more weeks French will be reviewing some great ones against Tennessee.
I may be dating myself, but I remember before metal coasters. They had the two coasters both going forward and they would race each other. You could split up with your friends, race each other in super slowmo through the hours long line, and then race in the opposing coaster. The one in Carowinds straddles the state line, and you could race in the NC or SC one (though the line actually in perpendicular to the tracks, not splitting it into two.) They turned one around to keep it interesting after the metal coasters made it less popular. Not sure if there was ever only one track, as they share a lot of supports in the middle, but that could have been way back (before '73).
Hokies leading for Devon Hunter too (88%) according to 247 crystal balls.
4* LB Nathan Proctor listed as warm with VT, PSU, and UMD...... Has 29 offers including UF, UGA, Miami, ND, Ole Miss, Tenn.
Also 3* RB Jalen Holston stands at VT 86% , South Carolina 14%.
3* OL Mekhi Becton, 6'7" 345lbs, is listed as "warm" with VT, Michigan, Mich St, and LOLuva.
$EC$PN, what else?
That scoreboard is up there for worst school abbreviations in a single game... FLA ST and VA TECH. :D
Luckily, not even Stinespring could stop Tyrod from rolling to his left and throwing a literal perfect deep ball on the run to Justin Harper just barely in bounds and out of reach of the defender.
Well never mind then I was minus 3 and 4 then.

Autocorrect.
Funete?
Like, the opposite of the Kumite?

Society would be better off if he got 5 years
And that was WITH Stinespring as our >cough< *OC.

Bitter is a beat writer and he isnt a VT homer. He covers everything. I love football, but I think I would hate it if I had his job.
