Looks like Buzz and Co. are interested in another PG transfer, based on his highlights the kid can ball.

Highlights:

That fish was live bait. I caught another fish that day that was 18 inches. You're the man IfishVTIam!

I watched the entire series yesterday and just wanted to chime in with the already repeated praise of how good this show is.

Don't know how they'll end up doing a season 2, but I sincerely hope that Netflix brings it back.

11/10

As someone who lived in Giles County for 26 years, I can say that that was an everyday thang for me. Down here at the Bay, however, WVU and UT are back there behind loluva, with maybe a slight edge for the Hokies in attire, depending on whether Deltaville folks are in town or not. Then, I am beset by lolosers and their scissor hats. Ugg.

I have run that rapid dozens of times in canoes and guide rafts, but always fishing, so I would try to hit the broken water and small islands on the right before entering the run through, which always ended up on the left except in ridiculously high water, when there are a few options. If not fishing, or done with it at that time, I would head middle at the top and working left to the end where there is a pretty good chute into the "Pembroke Pond".
That rapid has a name, and I should remember it, but right now I don't. It is a bit vexing, what with shallows, ridges and ledges, a couple of tiny islands, and sharp rock formations thrown in with a fair amount of current. But in the end, you want to be far left.

Well, arrite then. If you came out a buck ahead, you had a good time and beat the odds. I have seldom gambled more than low stakes friendly poker games and a few beer bets on the Hokies with no longer willing to bet loluva fan friends, but when I have, I always figured to lose what I was willing to gamble with for the fun of gambling, not for the chance of winning, which of course, I'd have been happy to do. Glad it went your way, and hope you had a great time.
