Gamakatsu octopus and octopus circle hooks. For any kind of fishing where I put my rod down, especially with circle hooks, I have found that snelling your hook = much better hookup ratio.
Most folks don't use this version of the snell, but I have only had it fail on a giant carpet ray. This snell tied with 50 lb mono has landed well over a dozen red drum in the 40 pound plus range without failure.
