The one thing that could make this fun, is with all the people camping, the sights around GameDay would be really fun to be televised. Hopefully they will travel around to some of the more extravagant campsites/tailgates to see what sort of trouble everyone is getting into.
I can tell you that the Hokie Presence is very strong in San Diego. My brother runs the Alumni Chapter out there, and they have a ton of interest. They have a great VA Tech themed bar out in Pacific Beach called Bub's Dive Bar, you can get T-Shirts from there with VT Colors on it. Also, many bars around the area have the Live for 32 plaques or Ribbons up, which always makes me feel at home when I am out there.
I currently live in Quito, Ecuador after living/working in Blacksburg for nine years. I see a surprisingly large number of folks sporting VT gear and accessories down here...none more memorable than the night we beat OSU in the Horseshoe at a street festival while celebrating the win.

they hired a HC who has a good resume of recruiting wins even if it was for OSU.. think he's starting to gain the trust of NJ schools and recruits which would be a big W for his program.
NJ is so underrated in terms of talent IMO

Fortunately the worst of the rain pushed south of us. Everyone is back and working to clean up today. It's going to take awhile and some places may never be the same, but I'm proud of the way this county rallied and appreciate all the outside help from people from everywhere.
How's KP duty today?
Tennessee has an outside chance to be ranked in top 10, great chance for VT to improve their WONDERFUL record even more against top 10 teams!!!

She probably hardly knew him the past few months, I guarantee she had no idea about that. Even when she was coaching her last her she was losing it quick. She would get lost going home and people from the AD would have to come find her.
who cares? It's still cool to have them there and if we win, none of that stuff you mention will matter
They can't just give us that little bit, even the season final was only 65 mins of actual show.

I made that assessment and all those losses to most UVA fans just seem to fade in their utter failure like their football program. 12 Losses in a row is more damning now then one game

The only reason that a 5 team gap in the ratings exist is because they currently have 4 more student athletes committed than we do. Our "average" player rating trumps them much more than our team comparison. By the end of the recruiting season that gap should definitely expand as our total number of recruits matches theirs.
Now this spot is actually pretty good... much better.
