I couldnt live in LA either. Welcome back to the right side of the country, Bill.
I hope we can make something work where he's still involved with VT.
Just was able to get a complete Strata set for $100 new. I know it's not the best quality, but the driver and wedges are good, as are the hybrids. Struggling to get consistency with the irons, but maybe I'm just a crap golfer.
My #SAUCES said he was very unhappy there. Happy he's coming back east!
Played it a few times, nice track (we actually live in Auburn, close by). My company golf scramble in July there. Next up to play is Washington National.
It's Kenn Starr. What else needs to be said?
Currently my in-laws basement until my wife and I find a house we like. I plan on inviting Bill Roth over to watch hokie games and provide me his insight. We are looking to move somewhere near the Sherwood Forrest part of town.
I don't doubt Ping is forgiving but I've been really impressed with the R15 I got. I used to hit the worst short shank drives. I pushed 275/300 at the range and hit fairly straight Tuesday. Now to translate that to the course.
my golf bag is ping, so I got that going for me which is nice.
I agree, I think it's been hinted at especially in recent seasons and last week especially. Last season she said she wants to "break the wheel" and last week she asked if the Dothraki were willing to tear down the stone castles. With the influx of Dothraki and Wildling immigrants who don't recognize the traditional Westerosi power structure, and war with the White Walkers (not to mention infighting between houses) where a significant portion of nobility is likely to die, I'd predict that there may no longer be a feudal system to maintain. Varys and Tyrion might see the benefit of becoming more like the Free Cities, and Dany could end up melting the Iron Throne with dragonfire.
Other hints: the Lannister mines have run dry, so Tyrion doesn't have that source of wealth anymore. Iron Islands had first Kingsmoot (democratic election) in like 2,000 years. Both the North and the Riverlands have had transfers of power and are still split as to who is allied with who. There are no more Baratheons to rule the Stormlands. Dorne just experienced a coup. And the Faith basically controls the Crown at this point. The power structure is crumbling fast, and a simultaneous entrance by two gigantic destructive armies bent on bringing it down could probably make it happen.
I...didn't know I was allowed to think this.
Thank you, NitWhitt

What part of Winston?
Don't worry, it only gets called when you're not actually targeting.
I just moved back to Winston-Salem weeks ago. Can't believe Bill missed me that much...
Where at? What courses you playing?
I was hired in December as the Director of Golf at my home course in Shelby, NC. I've worked here since I was in high school for about four years, and I was in the right place at the right time for the job hiring/promotion as my former boss resigned and took another job. One thing that I have found out by being in the golf industry full time is that golf pro's DO NOT mess around and play golf all day. That's one of the stupidest stigma's out there. It's a tough job! Plus it keeps me from attending Hokie games like I used to *sighs*.
From a golf pro's perspective on equipment, go with Ping. Ping makes some of the most forgiving equipment, all the way from wedges to drivers. They're irons are fantastic. Let's be honest, do any of us weekend hacks REALLY need that slick set of Mizuno or Titleist blade irons?
Hey... I polytech.
The storyline getting overlooked the most is Bran Stark. Only the small number of white walkers on horses seem to be able to both bring the dead back to life and direct them toward a goal. When you can both see into the past to see how they were created and originally controlled and you can look into the future to see which course of action wins, seems like an unbeatable combination. The good guys win in the end, the bittersweet part is that so few of the good guys survive to enjoy the victory.
Something else that might be relevant for your poll - older siblings at VT? For instance, I'm the oldest, while my younger brother has the same Sugar Bowl, because I helped indoctrinate him properly.
Ayyyye
Agreed, I think that Laaser has done a fantastic job so far but I still wish for Bill to come back. At the same time, I don't think that Bill would want to steal Laaser's job either. He's just too nice of guy to do that.
I see no problem with all three of them in the booth together.

Actually, he said:
