I'm usually all about UVA crashing and burning, but this is one of the few times I can't revel in their pain.

First, Tony Bennett is one of the good guys in the sport of college basketball.

Second, Jim Boeheim is an insufferable jerk... and let's not forget, he was suspended 9 ACC games this year and had to vacate 108 wins for past violations. Just because this Syracuse team is in the Final Four does not mean they were deserving to get in based on their accomplishments during the regular season. Members of the selection committee admitted that they didn't even consider the 9 games that Syracuse played without Boeheim on the bench! A stretch where they went 4-5 with a road loss to St. John's and home loss to Clemson... yet this team deserved to be in the tournament...

Given the choice of the two, I preferred UVA and was rooting for them. Sue me.

how the hell did Batman get into Metropolis Supermax?

Uhh, because he's Batman.

So what sport is next? Baseball?

EDIT: So out of curiosity, I took a look at other Weaver hires with overall records below .500 and here were the 3 that kind of stood out to me:

Men's Soccer: Mike Brizendine - 8 Seasons (37-73-18)
Baseball: Pat mason - 3 seasons (58-73-1)
Women's Lacrosse: Megan Burker - 6 seasons (46-53)

yep. While we would have killed to make it to the elite 8 this year, LOLUVa is at the point where that's just falling short of expectations. I hate playing the "at least we did better than expected" card, but right now, I feel a lot better about our season than my wahoo friends feel about their's.

From his record, it looks obvious to me that the dude can relate to female student athletes, he can recruit, he can develop the talent, he can win and even more so is that Whit hired him, so, yeah, I'm feelin' a bucket full of fully dipped dork magic served over your choice of pie or cake!
We lost a big scorer in Hannah Young plus our two bigs, Campbell and Powell and our two signees for 2016 are a 5'7" PG (ESPN 100) and a 5'10" G. One big, 6'9", is considering us. So our inside needs would seem to be a priority. Magarity at 6'3" could be one option and maybe he can get more out of Nahodil at 6'4".

Did you let him watch the Nolan trilogy? I'd put this movie on par, maybe a tad more excessive in violence than those.

That's where I'm at. If Batman is as reckless with life in Justice League, then I'll have an issue with it.

However, on a related matter, how the hell did Batman get into Metropolis Supermax? The editing in that scene was very strange. Did the prison guards help him get down there, or did he subdue them as soon as they opened the door?

Doesn't kill "humans". He views superman as an alien.

That's called competition, quite frankly I wouldn't want a QB who doesn't want to compete for the job. I think Josh knew what he was looking at when he signed.

Don't feel sorry for him at all. Motley is a Sr, Evans only has 2 seasons and we wasted Lawson's RS (unless we do use it one of these next seasons). If he puts in the work he could still be a starter at some point if he's good enough. From all the rumors out there on DLaw who knows if he will even be here next year if he's not playing this season.
