Dedicates all week to practice and is still a season ticket holder. He owns his own insurance company and volunteers his time coaching, getting nothing in return. Glad to see him making a quality contribution to this site.

Tonight Brian at VT with the Food Science and Fermentation Dept ( yeah, I know that's not right but, to me, it's really the VT Dept of Fermentation), had a guest lecturer in for the fermentation class and invited some brewery professionals in to hear it and then socialize.
It was a great thing. Looking forward to more of this.
I met some good people today in the class that are prospective commercial brewers. Welcome to the industry. Properly trained entrants to the local brewing staffs will really enhance the productivity of the breweries much more quickly.
Some bright and energetic people there.
