Again, I'm not saying it never happens. But the vast, vast majority of the time kids go where they're going to go -- and where their classmates and their friends and their camp buddies go doesn't much factor into their decisions. It never has and it never will. You folks that think it will are just trying to find some magical silver lining where one simply doesn't exist.

Edinboro, Sunday 1 PM, Broadcast on Flowrestling ($$$ subscription) Kind of surprised by Spengler's decision making on the mat - tracking he was probably trying to go for TDs and maybe get back points going into the third period, but I would have figured the better choice would be to wrestle defensively and avoid the major decision.

If Evans is the guy, a recruit in this class could start as a Tr-Soph or r-Fr. But if Fuente likes Lawson or Jackson, may just look for a QB who isn't expected to start early in his career.
No idea how Faniel fits in those categories this early in his recruitment.
