So...you probably put this together, but it's Shore from high school. I'm quite slow and just figured out who you are. The username is a giveaway, too.

Could have something to do with this...

^This... Have been to two universities since tech. One had terrible food (gtown). Only one dining hall. The other (gwu) is aight but they have a nice gig where their students can use their the Colonial Cash (separate from dining dollars), but it is accepted all over dc and most students just use it to buy groceries at whole foods.

Good move in my opinion, though I'd never try to tell someone how to run their business. The restaurant biz is a really tough one and I respect anyone who can do it for the long haul. Hopefully the summer business has made it worth it to him. I know summers in the 'burg used to be pretty slow for everyone.

The recruiting year where they got Tunsil, Nkemdiche and Treadwell all within the last few weeks was really suspicious. They got 5 4* guys and 3 5* guys all within the last month. My SEC friends were even suspicious and their morals are already compromised.

How is Sam Rogers going to respond when he finds out that there can in fact be a D in Ro(d)gers?

Like many college football fans, I was wondering how Ole Miss went from what they were to a dominant recruiting program. Maybe they chose to go the Pitino route, IDK. But I was very skeptical about how Ole Miss was pulling all of these recruiting victories off.

I don't think Meade was so bad, but Grant has been the victim of a concerted effort to stain his reputation both as a general and a president. Glad to see he can still be held up as a positive example. Dude just got shit done. Respect for that.

Also, as my former boss who gives battlefield tours pointed out, George Thomas was one of the best generals the Union had, but from a historical perspective, he's been overlooked both because his career derailed due to conflicts with his superiors and the fact that he fought in the less glamorous theaters of the war.

What the hell is this thread about again?
