Part of the Eddie Royal, Josh Morgan, David Clowney crew at receiver. Tall, lanky deep threat. Caught a few weirdly identical post routes for touchdowns in 2007. Caught a cool one-hander in the corner of the EZ falling down from Glennon.

To me, that makes about as much sense as saying, "hey, the more completions that QB throws, the less we should pressure him...he's due for an INT any minute now."

Most misses in the game are because D forces the shot to be somewhat altered, or under pressure. If you're a shooter, you will hit the vast majority of open shots your opponent gives you.

Was there for that game. The best part is, you could have put a ton of different gifs instead. But he sure does love that pass; it's a beauty.

Oh, no doubt. I originally had a little hesitance about them moving Kuzy back to the 2nd line when Backstrom was back because I liked having guaranteed two line depth. That's obviously not an issue anymore. Ovechkin is a scoring machine but Kuzy can make the puck just dance and it's absolutely incredible. I mean, come on.. who else can make this look so efforless?

So this isn't related to you BWade but to some of the comments...

I think Frank was an awesome guy. He had some amazing stories about how he treated people. He did not have the greatest social media presence however and that is what people are reacting to. Frank liked to work quietly behind the scenes. He got things done because he wanted to. CJF seems to have a bit of flair and a chip on his shoulder and I love that. I think people are excited about something new.

It's like a break up. Yeah, you loved your ex for a long time and in many cases, you want them to succeed in everything they do and they'll always have a special place in your heart and mind. BUT DAMN! That hot brunette just walked into your life and you are going straight to the top baby!

Beamer didn't just do house calls, he did hospital calls with Macho Harris after he saved his family's home and his siblings by putting out a grease fire that left him with third degree burns. I can remember hearing other stories of similar trips for recruits that got significant injuries during games and were laid up. Did his house visits slow down in the last couple of years? That's entirely possible but they didn't cease to happen.

Kuzy has easily been my favorite player to watch this year. I move to the edge of my seat every time he touches the puck, much like Ovi. It has been extremely fun to watch him develop.

hahaha I haven't seen FoxTrax in a LONGGGGG time. Always reminded me of video games with the puck shadow.

Bring back the glowing puck!!!! At least for the casual fan who likes playoff hockey but gets aggravated when I can't keep up with the damn puck flying everywhere.

I would rather he make this decision now so that the coaches have time to go out and evaluate their other options than if he had taken us up to signing day and left us at the altar. The whole system is a sham - See Michigan, which just forced out several recruits that had been committed long term. That kind of thing goes on to one level or another throughout every level of schools. What if we get that kid from ODU? ODU will go down to offer someone that was probably slated to go to another school one level down, eventually effecting the lowest level school the most.

The other key is we are talking about kids. Kids that aren't just making a decision on where are they getting the best degree. Almost every kid at the D1 level has aspirations of the NFL at least coming out of high school, so if they think there is a place that is going to give them a step up in pursuit of that goal than I have no problem with them changing their mind until they are signed on the bottom line, and even then in some instances sited above I would prefer to see the NCAA grant flexibility.

Imagine if Frank had waited until 10 March to announce he wasn't coming back next year? How would you feel if you were one of those recruits? We all love Tech and Tech football, but Beamer played a huge part in that, all those happy experiences because we were winning lots of games. Recruits feel the same way and then the rug would have been out from under them if the coaching staff completely changed. They are effected in a way most of us cant appreciate. What if you were a player in the secondary and lost Torrian Gray as your coach? I would be furious that I couldn't follow Gray to wherever he landed without sacrificing a year of sitting out from football to get there if I was even allowed to go there depending on the transfer rules.

Just my thoughts. Yes there probably needs to be a better word than Commitment involved but until major changes are conducted, we are stuck with the verbiage more than likely.

People have short memories. The thing they remember is seeing Jimbo and Meyers doing in-homes while Beamer was at speech therapy and essentially playing Bubble Boy. There's no doubt Fuente is kicking things up a few notches, but to say Beamer never did in-homes is just ignorant.

I'm gonna be that guy. You're looking at a spread of 14 months between kids by the same mom (excluding twins, for now). Assuming the oldest redshirted and the youngest played as a freshmen, you're looking at 4 kids per fuller on the team at any one time. That's 16 overall. So you'd need at least 6 pairs of twins to make that number high enough to start all Fullers on both sides of the ball. 5+ kids in 5 years for each mama fuller 2.0. I would not wish that on anyone.

of course, if there were 11 Fuller progeny that could play both sides of the ball for an entire football game, this get a lot easier.

Alternatively, if they all joined some polygamist cult, it would be much easier to crank out 22 D1 college football players.

I also gotta ask, what kind of woman would a Fuller have to marry to produce OL sized children? I mean, they're athletic and all, but we're talking about 2 corners, a reciever, and a safety. The kid would outweigh his dad by 110 pounds.

Having a son in college and another one beginning to look, I can tell you other colleges offer an add on to the meal plan where a student can get a limited amount of specific items from a few campus area restaurants on their meal card if their parents elect to add this to the plan. I may be to help make up for not having very good dining hall food, tho.

I really miss calzones at the Cellar...ricotta with pepperoni...I always try to get up there once during the summer just to get a calzone.
