You know what, for some reason, I guess its felt like hes been around for a while, but this whole time Ive been looking at it as if he was a junior, hes got two more years, unless he gets into some freak accident, even if he gets injured hed have another year of eligibility...
You put him in a room alone with a pen, heck, you put any of these 19-20 year old kids in a room alone without any outside influence, if they have a shot of being drafted Im sure most of them would be gone...
Any parent or influencer HAS to be telling him to stay though, especially when remembering hes still only a rs SOPHMORE, I just dont know how you advice him otherwise, I guess well see soon enough.
iirc, Lucas didn't direct episodes V or VI, and those turned out ok I guess...

I think he should come back, and hoe he does too, but really worst case is career ending injury and no NFL whatsoever.

That Feldman/ESPN breakup was BAD too. He breaks a good deal of news in the CFB world and they refused to acknowledge him every time. He finally got on Sportscenter or the new SVP midnight show just recently... to talk football I think with SVP. It was damn entertaining though.
This may have been said somewhere already, Tulsa made a great adjustment; but it was an adjustment to a play they knew was going to happen...
I think these are the situations where people have the most 'distrust?' in Loeffler, I dont know if thats a great way of putting it, but honestly, defenses have gotten increasingly harder to read (Hokies; for sure, Bud in my opinion is very underrated in his disguises), but back to my point, in one of those last wildcat runs, it looked like the linebackers shifted pre snap from what I remember, basically, they knew the play and shifted to get an unblocked hat...maybe Im wrong, its hard without looking at tape but there were some very similar plays in the UVA game...
They also fired Bruce Feldman for accurately reporting how shitty they were being. A very very black eye for ESPN reporting, and one of the main reasons I don't look to them for any college football information beyond scores.
Just a note, but those $$ figures are not guaranteed since its the base salaries. Only rounds 1 & 2 have guaranteed salaries; the rest of the rounds are only guaranteed the signing bonus based on draft position.

- Round 3 : $674,017
- Round 4 : $500,123
- Round 5 : $213,763
- Round 6 : $118,632
- Round 7 : $61,657
The player has to make the team for the base salary to kick in. They are paid weekly, and if they are put on injured reserve, their weekly paycheck drops too. For year 1 it drops the paycheck from roughly 25.5k/week to roughly 18k/week; year 2 would see a similar drop. According to http://www.latimes.com/sports/nfl/la-sp-0928-ask-farmer-20140928-story.html the injury paycheck is only guaranteed in the first 2 years.
If they don't make the active roster but get put on the practice team, they make around 7k per week.
Especially such a critical position for Bud's trust like safety.

That went about as poorly for ESPN as any decision they have ever made as every reputable network and colleague within the industry came to Schlabach's support and they quickly reversed his suspension.
The funniest part about most single-game football stat lines is that the best aggregate numbers are usually driven by an outlier in the context of the rest of the game. Trey Edmunds had an average YPC of 6.6 against Bama in 2013, which would lead one to believe he had a really solid game against a top run defense. Take away his 77-yd TD run and he only had 2.9 YPC.
I'm glad it went well. However, I won't lie that I'm curious to see what Fuente will do with Lawson.

I can agree to that. I don't really want to get into Mcmillian's stats against Tulsa because he was hampered by injury. I just think it's a bit of an overstatement to say that Hodges was effective running the wild turkey package. On his first attempt he gained 16 yards and scored a TD. After that, he amassed a whopping 11 yards on his 4 ensuing carries from that look. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. Hodges running from the QB position fooled the defense the first time they saw it. They adjusted and they shut him down for the rest of the game. Hitting on a play the first time you ever run it against a team who has never seen it is great. Hitting on the same play over and over and over is effective. Hodges' TD run was great. It was not an effective play throughout the game, though. That's all I'm sayin'.
see, now this is a much more reasonable post. I tend to agree that Motley has the highest mountain to climb but I'm not going to say definitively that he has no shot. He'll get his shot. What he does with it is yet to be determined.

He left the team after the Military Bowl, rejoined in early August of 2015, and then silence.
Fuente was going after Evans when he was at Memphis. Why?!? Because he fits his system. As soon as he got the HC job at VT what does he do...goes out and gets his guy. Evans has more experience than Motley and Lawson. If Brewer didn't get hurt against Ohio St, Motley wouldn't have seen the field other than a handful of snaps a game. Does he have a chance to compete, yes but my money is on Evans or Lawson. Motley should have been put on the defensive side of the ball to begin with.
Too far, dude. There's nothing wrong with appreciating someone's appearance. I, too, find her quite attractive. However, you crossed the line into skeezy.
