I understand that, but have a different feeling about it. No, I don't think nothing should ever change, and I know that I am out of step with the younger folk on this, as well as several other things. I guess that's natural as generations progress, but I do think that there's nothing wrong with a program's decades long traditions. All that should matter is they like them though? I'm not so sure about that. We're going to have to agree to disagree on this one, as I think fans and donors matter as well. Me? I don't matter much, just wanted to say what I felt about it. So have a leg and know that we're both rooting for the same team regardless of their colors of the moment and how I feel about them.

I played a basketball game with him once, he just stood their and talked trash the whole time while Vick went off, Dude was the best trash talkers I ever heard. Sorry to see him go especially so early.

UNC game could be very different teams. There is the UNC with a healthy Caleb Wilson. Then there is the one where he is still out with fractured non-shooting hand.

Since his injury the Tarheels are 2-2 with a game against #21 Louisville before they play us. They lost to Miami in the game the injury happened in the first half of. Beat a woeful Pitt team. Lost to NC St by 24. Beat Syracuse. Louisville is favored currently and its at Chapel Hill. The Hokies have shown they can play to their competition so I expect next Saturday to be close if Wilson isnt ready to go. I actually hope UNC beats Louisville so Hubert David doesnt feel forced to bring Wilson back against us.
As for the women, sit Wenzel more. We are so much more efficient offensively with her off the floor. Yeah, yeah, I know...she leads the team in scoring. She also by far leads the team in wasted possessions. She shouldnt be on the floor 30+ mpg. Get her to about 25 mpg. Rely on Nelson, Suffren and Daley as the guards more.
Senior night for the men was today against Wake. 9pm BC game will a minimal late night crowd so Senior night moved to maximize attendance for Tobi. Will miss those high flying dunks and rebounds where his hands are above everybody else's hands trying for the rebound.
I watched the whole season in one sitting. Was great!
