Damn, that horse is movin'!
Had a buddy lived in Afton. He had a couple or three dogs. One year, almost 40 years ago, they got snow up to the level of the front porch on the cabin he and his buddy lived in. The dogs would walk out the front door, step off the porch and do their business, rather than try to fight through a few feet of snow to reach "new" grounds. When the snow melted, finally, all the stuff settled. Into the canoe they had drug up to the front porch before the snow. And left, open side up. Not sure what they called it, but it seems like it was right up your alley! As I recall, we mostly fished out of my canoe that season.
Can someone create a sweet spin-the-wheel GIF with all the supposed frontrunners? Like we had for the Shane RB rotation.
A surprise hire of Hurricane Ditka by VT AD Whit Babcock stating "VT has played well in hurricanes in the past"

Haven't heard about Arians in a while. I feel like his name is about due to pop up again.
Once we gave up 18 yards on 1st down, I really didn't think there would be a big momentum moment for us at any point in that OT. Had we come up with a stop, loss of yards, or a bad snap that moved them back, I would be more inclined to agree.
It felt like the right moment for gt last year. That was a kick in the nuts after we didn't get it
can you imagine the shit-storm in Knoxville if Butch Jones loses this game to a first year coach (Insert new coaches name here)?!?!
I want to win really badly.
Exactly, to me it was the moment it just felt like it would have worked there.
This is true, but it's also true that season tickets were sold out and most mini-plans sold largely because they included OSU, the national champion last year who lost to VT. Some bought those tickets just to go to a game or two.
So there is room for improvement both in ticket sales and concessions, and those are linked to winning.
Being at the game, it felt right for the moment. Normally I'd agree with you though.

This is also a metaphor for the last few weeks.
The way I looked at it was this. It cost me like 10 dollars to "pre order" tickets to certain bowl games. I realize I might pay more but with a game in Charlotte I bet I'll pay less than the open market for Beamers last game.
If Georgia makes a big offer, a school that will likely be looking for a new DC, has gone after him before, and can shell out a heck of a lot of money, I could see him leaving. But it would have to be for DC at an elite school or HC at a school with prospects. We'll see I guess.

Les Miles!
I don't like Sandman for any play that isn't (potentially) game-deciding. If they fail on 3rd down, they kick a chip shot FG to tie. Then do we play Sandman again in 2OT? It gets overused at that point. Sandman should be for the opening and maybe the critical/deciding 4th down late in the game. If we had pushed UNC back during the first couple plays and they had 4th down out of FG range, that's Sandman time.
I want us to block every every single UVA kicking attempt
Including the one time they kickoff.
Got it. Being close to Charlotte I'd like to hedge a bet on going to Frank's last game. I don't want to go all in on Belk Bowl tickets if they don't go. I got dirt cheap Orange Bowl tickets in 2011 and tried to sell them but couldn't. Learned my lesson on that one.
I've got that Green Day song stuck in my head except I changed it to "wake me up when November ends"
Then it is working correctly.
Really wished Hokie Vision had played Enter Sandman at least one more time, the 3rd down for UNC in OT.
A chain of trucks stops owned by Tennessee's biggest donor and whose son is the governor of Tennessee.

Maybe we can ask Rece Davis to borrow the ACC Wheel of Destiny and put all of the coaches over the ACC teams.
