So I heard some #sauces about the guy with #sauces today. Apparently this Lawson guy is very connected to the program, and there is probably a good chance that what he is saying may end up being true.

you keep putting the word "fact" at the end of your statements, yet without any substance and/or source.

VT does better than most comparable schools at recruiting in-state talent. Fact.

Again, who are the comparable teams you keep bringing up?

Virtually every coach has a terrible record vs top 10 competition. Fact.

Not sure why you brought that up, I never said anything about Beamer's record vs Top 10, but since you brought it up I thought I'd share that he is 1-28 against top 5 teams and 8-30 against top 10 opponents. Those are facts. I bet you he is one of the worst when it comes to record against top 5 and probably top 10.

Beamer's record vs ranked teams is quite good. Fact.

Quite good compared to what? His record is 45-53-1 vs. ranked teams. So you comparing it to other current coaches? Past coaches? Number of wins he has against ranked teams? What? He has a under .500 win % against them.... just want to know what you consider "quite good" because right now your "facts" are quite vague.

Bills however continuing to increase mistakes and lose opportunities to pull ahead. If they don't score on this possession they lose. Rex looks like he's given up already.

Navy at Houston PK
Baylor -1.5 at TCU
Ohio State at Michigan -2.5
Ole Miss -1.5 at Mississippi State
Notre Dame at Stanford -3.5
Florida State -1.5 at Florida
Oklahoma -4.5 at Oklahoma State

Per filings with the Department of Education, for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2015, Virginia Tech's gross revenue was $81,298,133, gross expenditures were $78,786,724 for a surplus of $2,511,409, FWIW.

Point taken... But I'd be rooting for Buffalo even if they weren't playing the Cheetahs tonight.

Those man-crushes. They'll get after ya'.

HIs class was ranked high because of Rivals' goofy rankings that reward big classes. On avg stars, MSU was # 29 at 3.14 stars. For comparison, VT was #25 at 3.25.

I like him as a coach, but I seriously doubt his hiring would make a substantive difference in recruiting (but then again I don't think any new coach that VT gets is going to make a substantive difference in recruiting).

So the UNC guys didn't make good plays on the picks? The UNC guy didn't make a good play on the strip of Rogers?

This is a typical fan's biased myopic view of a game. I'm willing to bet that the exact opposite is being said on UNC sites about the turnovers.
